Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Ich habe einen Artikel, der im Onlineshop als verfügbar ausgewiesen war, bestellt, ein paar Tage später wurde die Bestellung storniert von MR. danach bestellt ich eine größere Größe, das gleiche Spiel. Dann eine Größe kleiner (im Onlineshop als verfügbar gekennzeichnet), wieder wurde storniert. Dann sah ich meine ursprüngliche Größe als wieder verfügbar, wieder bestellt, wieder storniert. Auf meine Mail an den Kundenservice kam keine Reaktion. Telefonisch ist der Kundenservice ebenfalls für einen Normalsterblichen nicht erreichbar, nach 20 Minuten Warteschleife habe ich aufgelegt.
Sehr sehr schlechter Service

Habe ein Marina Rinaldi Kleid in einer Boutique anprobiert, welches mir leider zu gross war. Dann habe ich es online bestellt, es war trotz Reduktion noch teurer als in der Boutique. Die Qualität des Stoffes ist unterirdisch schlecht im Gegensatz zu dem grösseren Kleid, welches ich an hatte. Auch ist von irgendeiner Sicherung ein kleines Loch drin. Das habe ich leider zu spät gesehen, sonst hätte ich es zurück geschickt. Einmal und nie wieder!

I have waited for shipment of the product over two weeks and I am waiting for return of money already three weeks. Tragic company. Better not to order.

Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Stilen einer Kollektion ist unerreicht, sportlich/klassisch/elegant und außergewöhnlich! Die Lieferung dauert tatsächlich immer etwas länger, selbst wenn man nach Italien liefern lässt;-) geärgert habe ich mich über den Store in Venedig, der mir Freitags noch alle Kleidung zum regulären Preis verkauft hat und 2 Tage später war sale. Ich habe daraufhin reklamiert und man erklärte mir, dass das vom Unternehmen aus kommen würde. Nach langem hin und her hat man mir einen 10% Nachlass für den nächsten Einkauf angeboten. Seitdem kaufe ich online oder in Padova ein. Padova hat eine sehr gute Auswahl in allen Grössen und sehr aufmerksames und kompetentes Personal.

I am very surprised by the negative reviews of Marina Rinaldi. Over the last three years I’ve purchased coats, dresses and shoes and I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve returned a few items and got my money back within days. My recent order was the black white spotted printed chiffon dress and the demin coated sling back sandals which was 40% off in the sale. The shoes and dress arrived within the stated time and they are both beautiful - and most importantly look lovely on me. I have called customer service and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. I have not found any other clothing brand that has such high quality material and design which always attracts attention when I, as a fuller figure woman wear a MR piece. All the MR’s clothing I’ve purchased are flattering amd simply stunning. I am currently seeing if I can stretch to the purple duchess shirt dress. But again I have never had a problem with MR, in my view they are simply the best all round for the voluptious female.

Fürchterlicher Bestellvorgang. Habe xMal die Adresse und die Kontodaten eingegeben, jedes Mal ist irgendetwas falsch, aber was keine Ahnung. Dann kaufe ich eben nicht. Wenn sie das nicht nötig haben. Den Kundendienst mit auslä discher Telefonnummer rufe ich nicht an.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering!
Coat advertised on Google search in uk and in uk pounds. Ordered online. Order then cancelled as they don’t ship to uk? I’d already ordered a dress shoes and hat to match what was going to be my key item. Customer service less than useless and lazy - wouldn’t help source the coat other than told ME - the customer - to look online. Why do people not want to do their jobs and service their customers?! Without customers they wouldn’t have one!

I buy from Marina Rinaldi website all the time and have always had a great experience with the quality of the clothing and any returns.

My son ordered dress and jacket for me as mother of the bride to be. 2 items. Received the jacket was told dress, last one in that size not up to standard and would not debit him for it. M R website continues to advertise it as 'last one in stock'. My son has tried twice more to buy with original excuse. He was told on the on line chat that it would be coming back but as time was running out we had to send the jacket back. Rubbish and heart breaking treatment.

The company does not answer the phone! I called to cancel an order, and after a 25-minute wait, a real person got on the line. The moment I said "return," the line was disconnected. Regrettably I cannot give a negative review except by this narrative. How stupid of them to be so inaccessible; I won't order again.

Die Lieferung dauert immer etwas länger, das ist bekannt und in Ordnung.

Was nicht ordnungsgemäß verlief war die Retoure, einer von zwei zurückgesandten Artikeln sei nicht im Paket gewesen, Wert über 500€.

Es war eine sehr unschöne uns langwierige Sache, die Erstattung zu bekommen, Paypal hat hier geholfen.

Seitdem hatte ich lange nicht mehr bei MR bestellt. Da man aber dieses Sortiment in dieser Vielfalt sonst nirgends bekommen kann, bestelle ich zwischenzeitlich wieder, dokumentiere etwaige Rücksendungen aber mit einem durchgängigen Video vom verschließen des Paketes mit gezeigten Inhalt bis zur Abgabe bei UPS.

awful costumer service! they do not answer the phone! I spent over 40 min on the phone until someone took the call. This is the second time that the excuse for not receiving an item is that it is stuck at US customs. I cancelled the order the first time and I might need to do this again. I ordered something from Joseph in Europe yesterday and today I got a message from DHL saying that my item cleared customs and will be delivered tomorrow. Therefore, marina Rinaldi look for another excuse to justify your extremely slow shipping and extremely poor costumer service. They said it could take up to 2 weeks to clear customs. This is certainly my last time dealing with Marina Rinaldi.

An excellent visit to the London Marina Rinaldi store. The clothes are beautiful - so well made. An absolute joy to find stylish clothes for larger sized women. Yes they are expensive, but one purchase was half price in the sale.
The staff were brilliant-the right side of attentive, looked for other options of clothing, a good eye for knowing what would suit. I will be heading back when an outfit is needed for a special occasion.

I bought a dress from them and the buttons fell off. The quality of their clothes is appalling and their customer service is disgusting. I was offered a return and then they changed their mind. How can a dress that costs over £300 be unwearable after a couple of hours. Buttons kept falling off. There were no replacement buttons with the dress. Standards are absolutely dire. Italian designer is a joke I’m guessing a dress from Primark is better quality. So disappointed.

I bought the Gabardine dress in the sale. Almost half price, amazing buy. Quality is outstanding and it fit is perfect. The first time I have bought Marina Rinaldi & I cannot fault the product or service; I was kept informed, it arrived beautifully boxed in under a week.
I’m a size 18-20 & I bought the 20. Very elegant & very flattering. I will absolutely be buying from them again!

Terrible customer service. I watched a dress I paid retail of $635. reduced to $444.00, then to $171.00 within a matter of days and they would not adjust my purchase price.

Please do NOT purchase anything from this company,i have contacted them on numerous occasions with regards to a refund for two purchases two weeks apart.Both items have been returned and recieved by them for at least a month and still no monies returned to me.£1000s of pounds worth it is wrong.

Terrible service. Would give no stars if possible.Too bad because a few of the clothes are nice, just a few. And they are overpriced for what they are. Orders take forever, no response, the return/ cancel button on the site doesn't work, and they don't communicate when you write them. Honestly don't know how they stay in business. Probably because there are few choices for plus size. Run away!

Poor service, poor communication, ridiculously long wait for refund. I was expecting a far superior service from beginning to end than I actually received. I ordered an expensive coat- it took two weeks to arrive. I had to return it due to overly generous sizing. I ordered a replacement coat in a size down which arrived after a week. The website was tricky and only worked on certain browsers. Then I waited over a month for a refund- several phone calls and emails were made. I got so fed up with them I returned the second coat as I decided I just didn’t want anything more to do with them. One of the worst experiences for high end fashion. I won’t ever use them or recommend them.

I ordered an expensive item from the Marina Rinaldi website. They did not enter all address details on the UPS despatch slip and the parcel was returned to Italy by UPS. The sales department was seriously unhelpful, verging in unfriendly: they could not resend the parcel, I had to re-order the item, but since it was a sales item I could not re-order it anyway. They were going to refund, but I am hugely disappointed
