I’ve had a really positive experience working with Sam Bourne at Meraki Communications. Sam has been incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout. He takes the time to explain things clearly, responds quickly and genuinely makes you feel that your business matters.

As a business owner, having someone reliable and approachable at the other end makes a huge difference. Sam has always been patient, knowledgeable and willing to help whenever I’ve had a question or needed something resolving.

Thank you Sam for all your support. It’s genuinely appreciated and I would happily recommend him and Meraki Communications.

Sam fitted our systems today, he was excellent from start to finish, he arrived bang on the time arranged, was super helpful and fitted everything asked for very efficiently, he also explained everything he did and we were up and running with no problems at all, brilliant service

We had issues with our landline office phones going back to March, whenever we received a call on one phone the caller was so distorted we found it hard to understand what was said which resulted in us having to use a mobile, then recently the second phone also started playing up with the same issue. We contacted Meraki and haven spoken at length and also have spoken to the Tech Team. At first a replacement handset was sent out. Sadly that did not clear the issue and at that point it was then just the one phone. Then when the other phone had the same issues we were advidsed to upgrade to their new platform, yesterday we were transferred to the new platform which solved the problem immediately. The gentleman that dealt with us was very professional, he was polite knowledgable and very accomodating explaining everything he was doing to retify the issue running through the process to reset all the phones and did not clear the line until he was satisfied that all was working correctly. Well done you are a credit to Meraki.
The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time it has taken to get the fault rectified as I would have loved to given a 5 star review.

Sam was a tremendous help after banging our heads against the wall with Openreach. Got everything sorted, installed and working. Great communication and always checked we were happy and understood what was going on.

My internet went down, the technical department where very supportive from the beginning making the experience as less stressful as possible. Keeping me posted on updates until I was up and running again without much disruption. I highly recommend meraki as an internet provider thank you to Callum Morgan for all his support you are a credit to your team and also for all the support I have had from other team members liam in accounts thanks guys keep up the good work this. I definitely recommend this company.

I chose Meraki from my initial conversations with Sophie, very knowledgeable and helpful and able to tailor a package to my requirements. Sam was superb with the installation of the phones and Broadband and came out of his way today to test the system and explain clearly to me how to use it. First class service all round.

Pearce and toby were great! We are in the process of swapping over our phones system so they came into visit and were very friendly and knowledgeable. The system looks very user friendly and we can’t wait to have them installed. Highly recommend!

I had my new phone system fitted today by Andrew. It was a very smooth seamless process, Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and dealt with a small issue regarding my AVG antivirus. I would highly recommend.

Very professional service from arranging the contract to install, very honest, installer couldn't do enough for us, great service when we have to call the office as well would highly recommend Meraki Communications.

Liam was able to patch me through to our old provider seamlessly this morning to ensure following the move to Meraki we were all on the same page and that no accounts or anything chargeable had been left with our previous supplier in error. His understanding of our account and being able to patch through the call made things easy and much appreciated that I rest assured knowing all the i's have been dotted and the t's crossed

After speaking with Llyod we decided to switch over our phone system from BT to Meraki. Llyod spent hours with us going through everything and even phoned BT for us which was amazing. Not only are they saving us a significant amount of money but Llyod made the whole process so simple. Garrie was lovely over email and set us up with installation. On installation day Andrew spent his time setting everything up for us and going above and beyond to make sure it was all ready and we understood how to work everything. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The Meraki team customer service really is unmatched! Thanks for all your help and really giving us a breath of fresh air after dealing with BT and their lack of everything for so many years.

We have recently switched our company phones and broadband over to Meraki Group. The customer service from everyone has been great! Sam and Andrew were exceptional during the installation, so patient with our many questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really went out of their way to make the transition as smooth as possible. Tayla has also been in constant contact and kept us well up to date. Thanks everyone!

The team at Meraki were extremely helpful when we set up our new phone system. Our customers have given us feedback that our IVR is a lot more structured now which as a business is nice to hear. couldn’t be happier with how many different options you have, definitely recommend 10/10

Jack was brilliant from start to finish. Sorted our broadband and phone setup quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress free. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Have had a few billing issues but Liam in accounts has gone above and beyond to resolve, very easy to talk to and very efficient.

Sam Bourne came today to install our new phones and was very helpful in showing us what has changed and going through the functions. He was very pleasant to deal with as soon as he come through the door even after having a long way to travel. No question was to much to ask. Other members of the team that we have dealt with are Garrie, Ben, Taylor and Jasmine who have all been lovely, and very helpful.
