Just had Mav come out in emergency call out to look a at leak under our kitchen sink which he has fixed. Great guy , had a laugh with us and he’s very down to earth ! Thank you mav for coming it quickly and solving the issue ☺️

To be honest I'm happy over all

Good service

I made a call in to midland heart because I locked myself out of my property which has a communal door, rushing out I left my front door open but locked the communal door and left my keys inside. The young lady on the phone was so helpful and put out an emergency appointment straight away and also sought to see if any rangers were around the area to help, I needed to get in to take some morning medication as I am pregnant, so I was desperate and worried. Within only 10 minutes of waiting outside, Ranger Phil arrived to “save the day” I have seen him plenty of times so seeing a familiar face put me at ease. He was his normal friendly self and I thanked him plenty. Thank you for helping me Phil and the lady on the phone (sorry I didn’t get your name).

Whewer and Tiery where very supportive and consider about doing the repairs around the home.

I would recommend them to do the repairs around my home again because as they completed a job they showed me where the repairs was and what they did to complete them.

My pipes had a leak and the nice young man who came was lovely he had a look even though it was not his department I needed gas engineer because it was to do with radiator but investigated himself and got in touch with the right department so very happy it was sorted and he was very pleasant and helpful so yes very easy and painless visit and now waiting for the needed department to sort it out.

Mav done a brilliant job, was polite and efficient. Happy with the work carried out, no mess left.

If I could have scored 0, I would have. I am disgusted with the service provided with respect to repairs at my father's property. Communication is appalling, empathy and care for a vulnerable person is none existent. There's no process for works to be completed just hope for the best and deal with it day by day. Raised complaints, no one deals with it. I dread to think there's elderly out there with no family and just get left with such mess. 2 months have passed and no clear defined works to have the property ready for his returned.

Surveyor Ashish from specialist repairs visited toady to a mould survey. Done a thorough survey. Helped reset app and explained how to raise repair without having to call, made life easier. Very polite professional and respectful, wore shoe coverings too.

One hell of a team. Came in to sort a leak out and found half of our kitchen in the front room of our flat. To cut a long story short, the leaks were sorted and so was the kitchen fitted back in the kitchen. Attention to detail is their forte.
Absolutely Fabulous. Any other issues with this property I only wish this team of cheeky chaps would be available. Keep up with this great workmanship.

We where getting absolutely Nowhere with Midland Hart, It was falling on Deaf ears with them ....it was down to the great Tradesmen Liam & Lewis and their team that the leaks got repaired Not down to Midland Heart who have been nothing but hard work to get any repairs done ! Anyway it looks like things might.be going in the right direction now 🙏

Today I had inspection for mold and damp, the inspection been carried by Stephen , very nice great and kind person !

Amazing all things were sorted perfectly, he was clear precise and a pleasure to have. I would recommend Martin to anyone, he even did more than expected I am greatful.

The team member who came to do repair was professional and polite throughout.
However I was disappointed with the length of time I had to wait for the repair to be done considering it was a water leak coming through the kitchen ceiling, all they mentioning is it coming through the lights I answered no but explained it was coming down into the boiler and there are electrical points around it . Overall not very good service recieved.

Midland house is a great company. They clean every 2 weekend they have a high standard for their home and any problems they sort it out very quickly

Lewis and Thierry done an excellent job , would recommend them to be used again I the future . They left the house/work area clean . Great service

Ashish from specialist repairs team visited today. He was polite professional and was very thorough with the whole process.

Steve came out and completed a survey for mould and damp, and gave me a recommendation for a type of spray to use and told me where to get it from, he was polite and helpful with his knowledge about how to get rid of mould, and he also helped to tell me that my kitchen fan did not work, and that had me getting an appointment for MH to then come and fix which I have now got an appointment for the 14th.
