He was very attentive and helpful with raising additional repairs.

Overall, we are very happy with everything he has done.

My grandchild with mental heath conditions also adhd and autism ,she broke at least 3/4doors of hinges in my house ,ive contacted midlandheart heart to fix the damage ..over a week ago ..no response ,dispite saying they will let repair department know ?

Paul Frankton came out to fix a leak in my upstairs toilet. He was very friendly, explained what the problem was and went above and beyond to fix the issue.

Steven was helpful and did very nice job. And put on show covers before coming inside. Thank you very much

Stephen was the D&M man come to repair my mould after a leak from the flat above. Not only did he repair the leak, he cleaned my hall wall up, repaired it and the painted it. Not only that, he did the same to my wet room ceiling which was also damaged. Well done Stephen and thank you. It is better than it was before.

Steve was very nice and professional today! Nowadays is rare to find someone that actually cares about the tenants wellbeing and goes above and beyond to support us. I hope Midland Heart gets to hire more professionals like him!

Jagjit has been very attentive and has taken my issues very seriously and was very thorough as I have had issues of mould and damp and structural issues all this had been highlighted for the past 3 years and was fobbed off of constant back and fourth he has made sure everything was noted down and was very reassuring and did not keep me in the dark of the whole process as the previous experiences was just touch and go and nothing was done about it but overall the service provided by this gentleman Jagjit was amazing so for that I would give the overall a great rating for the gentleman.

Spwron Singh did a brilliant job removing the mould on the bathroom ceiling. He also took the time to send in a request to the repair team regarding damaged alcove on the window edge on my behalf. Spwron gave me positive, helpful advice and tips on future maintenance mould issues, he was professional, polite and respective in my home. He took great care to ensure everything was clean and tidy after the work was carried out. Spwron is a credit to your team, thank you again Spwron Singh! 👍🏾

Phil from the rangers team is absolutely awesome he really rescued me and my dad when I got locked out. Also thanks to Aisha from repairs making it happen

Upstairs bedroom had floor boards underneath the carpet, in the middle section of room were making creaky noises. Martin White , who came to fix was very friendly and approachable. He was able to identify how to fix creaky noise. By replacing and fiting two boards which he crafted quickly and drilled at my sections to stop the creaky sound overall. He also cleaned up after himself and placed back the carpet for me.

Im not talking for midland heart it self as they seem to not care about my situation being an emergency regarding getting in to a niebours flat to find the leak that is impacting my flat and my life im giving the two work men who are brilliant Martin and Steve they are fantastic they did all they could do considering the curcumstances they need medals they couldnt finish the work due to the leak in the flat next to me not getting sorted as midland heart need to get in next doors flat to fix the leak so its a waiting game but when /if this is sorted i am going to tell midland heart i want Martin and Steve to finish the work once again Martin and Steve are fantastic

Great work from Tevin, had the kitchen tiles done. Did a fantastic job. Stayed well over the time he should have, left at 7pm instead of 5pm just to make sure he got the job done!! and even cleaned up everything after he finished went above and beyond what was expected. Left no mess and clean job overall.

Steve came out to treat some mould in a bedroom. Very helpful and friendly guy and gave me some good advice for future reference. All round really good service I’m very happy

We had Hatel (I think that’s how you spell it) come to our property today and he was amazing, professional, informative and just very helpful. Made sure we were happy with all the work carried out. Made sure the work that wasn’t was done when he was there and even took time to talk to my children who kept saying hi. Honestly he’s an asset to the company

I had Martin White come out and do some plastering on our living room wall. He was very detail oriented and took his time to ensure that the wall was completely even. He answered all my questions and offeee advice regarding any follow-ups work that would be required with expected times this could start to be booked in from. He was very polite and cannot recommend him enough.
