Staff Member, Craig very helpful at helping me to choose the right product for me.
Plus he had an excellent attitude.

I needed some wide waterproof walking trainers and had been looking elsewhere with no luck. The shop assistant (female) was very helpful indeed and found just what I needed. She gave a personal recommendation for the Merrell speed strike 2 GTX which were on offer too. She was very pleased to be able to help me.

Customer service was lovely, Denise helped me get a pair of trousers from the top rack when I couldn't reach, amazing people

Karl was pleasant and very helpful without being at all pushy to make a sale. Totally different experience to my earlier visit to jd sports which is why I didn't mind paying a little more for a good quality product and polite helpful service

I was served by a super helpful man called Doug today. I needed a waterproof coat for my 13 year old and he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Having this shop in Chippenham is a real asset especially for DofE equipment as nowhere else locally really sells the same.

Vicki and Jim were very helpful. Brought new walking boots. Wanted waterproof as I'm getting wet feet with my current boots. Vicki was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on which ones were the best.

I love it that Millets welcomes dogs. My dogs were given a dog biscuit each which they loved.
We were served by Harvey and his colleague. He helped me find the right size and colour trousers as they were very high. I love the trousers too and it was so nice to see lots of 'short' size available.
