Ordered items in-line. One item, pr Brasher walking shorts, came up too short. Returned to shop. Refund back in account very quickly. All processed by shop staff efficiently.

I was returning a purchase that i had made online using PayPal as the payment method. The assistant was very helpful, reassuring me that she was checking the process as it had recently changed but telling me that my refund would be issued appropriately within a few days.

Fareham branch. Assistant very helpful but did not have stock in my size and IT issues meant they could not order for collection in store. So, I had to order on-line which could mean fewer sales by the shop and another store closure. Please don't let this happen.

Walking boots
Service was good .. different sizes tried on..range of products was ok... One make of boot didn't have a great range of sizes but we preferred a different boot in the end

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant.
Lauren at the Fareham store was most helpful with great knowledge and advice.
She offered a range of suitable items and even found the last item in the sale which fitted my needs perfectly. I ended up paying less than I had expected to for a much higher spec item.
Much gratitude to her for everything.

I took a pair of Magnum boots back that…
I took a pair of Magnum boots back that had split on the front joint. The staff were more than helpful and polite offered excellent service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with things like this. But each time I have been treated very well by staff and company would like to give them a five star rating and thank Connor And Lauren, for their excellent service. Have a lovely day guys.

Fantastic team in Fareham
