Excellent local shop
Excellent local shop. Great selection of walking and camping brands at amazing prices (Black Friday deals were especially good).
Staff were friendly and helpful, without being 'pushy' to buy more than needed.

Great bargains
I wanted a new coat. I came to Millets because I have purchased items here before & I know I can find a quality product. I was tempted into the store by the discounts. I found a lovely coat. Tamsin helped me with questions I had about the item & seemed very knowledgeable about the item I purchased. All in all a happy experience, would definitely shop here again.

Wanted some Gaiters for walking in very…
Wanted some Gaiters for walking in very wet conditions and I was assisted by Kirsi who found me three different types and helped me try them on to see which pair fitted the best. Very friendly staff and Kirsi couldn't do enough to help me find what I was looking for.

Great visit
Went into the Hitchin store today after seeing some camping chairs online. Had an excellent service from Tamsin who showed me to exactly what I was looking for. Was really nice to see the products rather than taking a chance online. Was really please I went in and had the face to face shopping experience. Thanks Tamsin.
