Two of pairs of socks
Popped in at Keswick Millets today for a couple of pairs of Bridgedale walking socks, thought I’d be spending around £30 or so, Mark said buy this for £1 as well and get the socks for 1/2 price! So I did and he was right! Thanks Mark, cheers

Shopping for walking shoes
Shopping for walking shoes, I was served by both Riley then Mark who were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great service from people who were respectful yet fun. I was given a superb offer on the shoes and even allowed to wear them in the house overnight to try them. I actually returned them because of the fit and was refunded with no quibble. Millets and manager Mark made for a great experience. Highly recommend.

Went in for some new walking boots and very happy with my purchase. Mark was the sales member who assisted me. He was very friendly and approachable. I'll be returning soon for more walking gear.

Last minute sleeping bag purchase…
Needed to make a last minute sleeping bag purchase and popped into Millets, Keswick close to closing time. Still received very helpful, friendly customer service, with a smile from Caroline.
Nice paper bags available, but a 1 hour walk ahead in the tipping rain, the sleeping bag was going to get wet! Caroline went in search of a plastic covering for me, so the sleeping bag stayed dry. Very helpful, thank you, much appreciated.

Needed a new coat as similar to my old faithful as possible. There was a good range of styles and prices and I found one in my size easily. Aiden served me on the till and he was every bit as friendly and helpful as you could want.
