The gentlemen worked hard, were helpful and respectful.

Excellent fitter, cleared up well and worked late to complete the job.
Good quality shower unit.
Flooring quality was only medium.
Demonstration at the end was detailed.
We were told completion would be in three days. We suggest allowing longer.

From September 29 to October 2 I had a floor-level shower installed replacing a bath and shower.
I am very happy with all the work done and give the team, led by Jordan, 5 stars out of 5.

I requested a brochure. I didn’t want a phone call. I didn’t ask for a phone call. I had to fill in phone number to get brochure. A woman called me at 6pm in the evening and asked me who the brochure was for. It was for my child. Rather insensitivity's she asked me if he was having ‘difficulties’ I don’t think being disabled can be quantified like this. I said that I didn’t want to talk just wanted brochure at which point she rudely said that she was just explaining. Way to start, doubt I will be using them now. Customer service is so important. I now feel they are desperate for my business to call so late and insensitive.

Quick no wasted time they wanted to finish by Friday worked till 7pm one day and 8pm the next finished on time Tidied up after themselves The Polish guys were helpful and pleasant and polite

The initial contact with the salesperson went well
The surveyor/project manager was a disgrace
We were promised the height of the shower tray would be no higher than an inch called to look how the work was going to find that the shower tray was 5 inches off the floor no communication from the fitter or the project manager who just so happens had disappeared there was no changing what they had done at that point they have all your money except for 10% so your at the point of no return
The surveyor was informed that it was a concrete floor with insulation but never mentioned that would be a problem
Overall I wouldn’t trust this company ever again
My mothers independence to be able to take a shower her self can only happen if we have someone there with her
Which totally defeats the object of doing the job in the first place

From initial contact, planning and installation it has been an extremely positive experience. I am delighted with my bathroom.
Of special mention is Steve Rossi. The work he did in fitting my bathroom far exceeded my expectations
He is professional, friendly, considerate, clean and tidy and his quality of work is excellent. He pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in everything he does.
Steve has gone above and beyond in taking the time to consult with me to ensure that everything is to my liking.
He was resourceful in problem solving and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the work was completed to the highest standard.

Everyone was so friendly and professional,phoning us daily checking everything was ok,so pleased with our new walk in shower.Thankyou to everyone for all your help

Your fitter was wonderful, on time and very thoughtful. Always went the extra mile, I could not fault him.
Your logistical organisation may need a little tweeking. Communication was lacking, perhaps too many cooks ?
Your parts delivery arrived at 07.40, not 9am as stated. I tried to contact yourselves but found this difficult. The fitter said he had not had any instructions or plans apart from those emailed by mobile.
Overall you have the makings of an excellent process, your fitter was a dream and key to your success. Well done and Thank you.

Satisfied with purchased would have scored a 5 but Product Manager did not pick up the fact we could not have a high Pressure wash basin tap as we don't have a combi boiler so had to wait a week to use the wash basin and have tap changed

Extremely pleased with the work done by Constatine very hard worker & efficient. The bathroom now looks lovely

It is our opinion that your companies reputation depends entirely upon the fitters ability. In our case we had an excellent fitter (Tim Wood) who worked above and beyond expectations. His level of finish was professional and excellent. Your daily communication with us was an extremely appreciated. Prompt collection was spot on. We would be happy to recommend you based upon our experience. Thank you we are more than satisfied and very pleased.

Very tidy and cleared all rubbish,Workmanship was excellent and very helpful and patient in adapting layout to suit our needs.Highly recommended.

The whole process from start to finish was exactly as we had been advised. Damian was our builder who was polite and friendly and kept us up to date with all the work he was doing. His time keeping was excellent, he was extremely clean and organised and worked non stop and completed the work early. Rubbish collection was organised and completed. A special mention to Ryan in the office who contacted us daily for updates and progress. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company and Damian.
