the design was excellent and the fitter Constantin did a superb job. He was helpful and polite and kept us in touch with issues on which he needed our views or help. the finished installation looks marvellous and we are looking forward to using it

From the first visit from Mobility Plus to my bathroom being finished was a great experience. Yvonne was my personal customer service rep. She phoned me everyday to make sure I was happy with everything that was happening and to answer any questions that I had. Lee was my fitter who worked quickly and professionally making sure I was kept in the loop with everything he was doing. He went above and beyond, to make sure my new shower was exactly how I wanted it.I have
Mobility problems and my new shower is excellent for my needs.

MobilityPlus were very efficient and friendly. They kept us regularly informed and asked each day whether all was well. The design of our new shower room is excellent and Constantin the fitter who installed it was efficient and friendly and consulted us as necessary on details of the installation. the electrician who had to be called in also did an excellent job

Wet room was finished on time today. It looks beautiful and items appear good quality. I felt well looked after by mobility plus from start to finish.

Mark was excellent. His attention to details and perfectionism was so nice to see and is what you want in a wet room fitter. He kept his area tidy and clean and always made sure each night that I could access my bedroom and spare toilet with my rollator so I was inconvenienced the least possible. He was friendly and explained each day what was happening and if there were any minor problems which he then got on and sorted out. He ran through the functioning of the wet room before he left today. He found one small snagging problem with one of the hinges of the vanity unit doors and said he would get the part ordered and would be back next week to fit it. I always felt he knew what he was doing and it is obvious that wet rooms are his usual work.
Mark could not have been more helpful and the bathroom looks great and I can’t wait to try it out.

What a joke of a company. Fitted my 100 year old Nana’s new shower, they over promised with sleezy sales tactics and have massively under delivered.
Gone well over agreed time scale with poor workmanship. Lucky if the fitter even turns up some days. Project manager was coming to try and resolve - guess what - he was a no show!!

Well organised and did what they said they would do. Chris the fitter was a pleasant young man who just got on with his work quietly without any fuss and was only too pleased to answer any questions I might have.

Very poor experience my elderly father of 82 had a bathroom removed and a walk in shower fitted
He was advised that this would take 3-4 days and it ended up taking nearly five weeks
He had numerous problems and conversations with the company
Completion fell well below the exceptions of what he were promised
This process was very stressful and we won’t be recommending this company to anyone else

Really good experience from initial enquiry to final result. Really professional installer.

The Fitter, Lucas was excellent and worked from 8am through to 6pm each day. Very professional and kept us informed of progress regularly. Minimum mess and cleared rubbish at the end of each day. Would recommend him for future work.
Also appreciated daily contact from Matt at HQ on progress.

My new bathroom was fitted expertly by the installer. I was offered a very good deal by Mobility Plus, with a new basin and WC and flooring for less than originally quoted.
The installer was very polite and helpful and worked very efficiently so everything was completed in two days.
On a slightly negative level, I would have appreciated more time to discuss possible options with both the designer and the surveyor/project manager; I felt that they were in a hurry when they came to my house.

It was helpful to receive regular phone calls and emails letting me know what was happening. Viki was a reassuring voice at the end of the phone. The process was efficient and from booking to completion even though I had to change the installation date twice.

Fitter and material arrived early on Day that was arranged Steve the fitter started straight away and worked exceptionally well until job was finished He has done an excellent job couldn’t fault him any way My wife and I are very satisfied with the finished article and would recommend Mobility plus to anyone

Excellent workmanship

After a few hiccups Jon the installer dismantled old bathroom installed new bathroom and cleaned up in 4 days. Very pleased. Viki in Customer Services was a kind thoughtful girl who sorted my queries immediately and I would give them both 10stars if I could. I found the project manager unsympathetic with me as I’m disabled a few issues arose and I hope what happened to me doesn’t happen to him.
