Karl our fitter was outstanding. Company checked in everyday to make sure everything was ok. Took away our old bathroom with no hassle. Great company. Workmanship was fantastic. Also Rob Ingram was very helpful. Sameer Arshad was my caller everyday. So kind and helpful.

Mark did an excellent job transforming my bathroom. His attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. He kept everything tidy, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered exactly what I wanted. The finish looks fantastic — modern, clean, and expertly done. I’m really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled tradesman.

Orges the installer did a great job. He identified previous damage in the subflooring which made installation difficult, and he solved the problem efficiently.

Prompt & efficient contact & information from the outset. Good explanations & follow up at each stage. The planning was good & practical & the work began sooner than we expected due to a delay elsewhere. Ricky, the installer (not sure what actual job description to use) was friendly, good humoured & efficient. The work & the finish was excellent, including details which we didn’t expect but were very pleased to see. Ricky kept us informed of progress & checked details for the shower with the person who will be using it. He seemed not to take breaks! - & he cleared up at the end of, & during each day. We are very happy with the result, especially as the limitedspace must have been a challenge for Ricky.

I could not praise Festim and work partner Nick more highly for their superb work, consideration and kindness converting my elderly mother's bathroom to a Mobility Plus wetroom. Festim is not only highly proficient in his technical ability but also most considerate in checking as to how exactly things should be fitted, or not fitted, to best possible effect. The result is that the wetroom is both superb in appearance and perfect in function, primarily for my mother's use with carer assistance. His guidance was especially appreciated in my having to deal with the unexpected and quite complicated issues of the removal of asbestos, which was found under the bathroom floor, and online reconnection of the central heating thermostat controls with my phone app. I was also grateful for the consideration and care taken by Festim and Nick with my mother (age 99 coming on 19!).

From start to finish was just so easy. You are looked after every step of the way, the equipment is just first class then Scott the fitter was the cherry on the cake he was brilliant, went above and beyond.

The Installer did a marvellous job, was very caring and carried out the work as if he was working on his own home. Thank You.
Whereas the office communication was somewhat lacking at times.

Leigh, the installer was always on time and worked continually making an excellent job. He did his very best to get the step in as low as possible Always left things as tidy as he could overnight and cleared up well at the end.
I did feel that the design could be improved. It was a whole bath space and I had a fold up chair fitted so if you wanted a stand up shower that made the available space smaller. I would have liked the option of a longer glass panel and for it to have a handle on it so that there were handholds on both sides if the user is or becomes very unsteady.

Mobility Plus responded quickly with two on-site assessment of my husband’s mobility needs. The work started soon after and was carried out extremely efficiently and to a high standard by Nic Caln. Materials arrived on time and and waste was removed promptly. We are extremely satisfied with the result and the smooth management of the whole process.

Excellent service. We would highly recommend this company. All the work was completed within the given timescale and to a very high standard. The fitter, Peter Allen, was very pleasant, helpful, efficient and tidy in his work. There was no mess at all and the rubbish was collected on the appointed day. Communication with the company was very good through the entire process. Thank you.

Very pleased with the fitting of our bathroom which was fitted by Steve who was very professional with all the details and kept us updated on all requirements

The work was performed with great skill and too a very high standard . Also everyday he cleaned up completely after every stage of decorating . He was also very thoughtful when working as I need toilet quite regularly !!!!! Due to medical condition. All round an excellent considerate gentleman!!!!!

I would like to thank everybody at motorbility plus for being very helpful and their quick response to replacing my scooter although it was my fault for the cause of the replacement they were kind and thoughtful through out kind regards kevin

They were very professional from our initial phone call, to the Sales and technical Representatives who visited us.
The same person carried out all aspects of the work to a high standard.
, over a period of 5 days.
A Superviser rang every day to see if we were satisfied so far and to see if we had any concerns or queries.
It was not cheap but it is tailored to fit it's location.
We were very please with the end result.

Had my shower since 2018. When the hair catcher broke I got in touch with mobility plus and they went out of their way to find me another one.Spoke to Beth. What a star.Well done to the customer service team.

Our experience was made great because everything from our initial appointment for an estimate, the installation, to the last day of the final fitting was exactly as stated and promised by Mobility Plus.

We had a telephone call from Yvonne each morning enquiring about how things were going and most importantly asking if there was any problem or if we were concerned about anything to do with the fitting. The answer to the questions was always NO.

We are absolutely delighted with our Shower Room and sincerely thank Mobility Plus for making life so much easier for us.

We will certainly have no hesitation in recommending Mobility Plus to other people.

The whole process was very easy. I needed a shower with easy access and somewhere to sit. The design is lovely and ticks all the boxes. Our installer, Kenny was amazing. He was quick, tidy and very efficient. Even though there was a problem with the materials delivery he finished on time. He made time to make sure the grab rails were in the correct place and to show me how it all operated. Customer service were great, thank you Matt, tracking and tracing the materials and phoning every day to make sure there were no problems.

The fitters were really polite and hardworking and the end result was outstanding. There was a small issue with a leak in the shower, but Mobility Plus acted to fix it very quickly. Very pleased with the end result.
