I certainly would not recommend this company. My elderly relative paid over the odds for an ‘efficient and clean job’. They didn’t even put dust sheets down. They promised it would be done in 4 days. It’s now been 2 months and it still isn’t finished, leaving an elderly woman without a toilet or shower for this length of time. Completely botched the job up up. Floor had to be ripped out and redone and the shower has malfunctioned twice and flooded her flat. They don’t have any actual employees. Instead, they rely on sub-contracted labourers who have their own jobs so, more often than not, are no shows or turn up late evening rather than the 9am promised. To mess an elderly woman around like this is a disgrace. Project manager wasn’t helpful or efficient at resolving issues. The stress caused to your elderly relatives is not worth it.

Good customer service. The job was completed quickly with constant contact from the builder, Festim and the main office.
They worked very cleanly and mum has used her bathroom for the 1st time, without incident.

We are very pleased with my Dad’s new shower so far. Keith, our installer, did a great job and was very professional and explained things very clearly to us. We had a couple of minor snags which he came back and rectified very quickly. Jemma checked in with us every day of the installation to ensure all was well which we appreciated.

James, the installer, was very efficient, pleasant and tidy.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and although I wasn't looking forward to the work being carried out because of the mess/dust etc, Jon the fitter was incredible. He was so helpful, efficient and caring with everything he did and finished in record time! He left everything tidy and as clean as he could each day and I would certainly recommend this company.

It was easy to make contact with the company and a sales rep came to do a quote for us within days. On agreeing to have the work done we were quickly given an installation date. Kevin who did the installation of the bathroom was polite and professional and kept us updated on exactly what he was doing. He was very tidy leaving no mess. Matt at Mobility Plus was instrumental in keeping us updated and rang every day to check how things were going and to make sure we had no issues and if so would act accordingly.It was a pleasure meeting Kevin and speaking to Matt.

Mobility plus were very friendly and helpful from the moment we first contacted them with regards to upgrading our bathroom to install a walk in shower. They were very happy to give good advice after listening and taking account of our wishes and requirements. We were not pressured into purchasing something we did not want, they were very happy to fit in with our requirements. The installer, by the name of John, was extremely hard working and did a perfect job of everything, not leaving it until he and we were completely happy with the end product, he tidied up after finishing work each day.

The 'transformation' has just finished, 4 days. I must, first of all, thank Luke who has been so kind and patient, always smiling and a very hardworking young man. My shower room looks lovely and feels good quality. Start to finish every little detail was covered. I had no disruption from the very short times the water needed to be turned off. All mess is cleared, the rubble is being collected today, day 5. The office enquires every day regarding your wellbeing. All in all I'm very happy with Mobility Plus. Big thank you!

Steve, our installer was great, friendly, helpful and efficient. Happy to answer any questions, neat and tidy worker.
Justin, our electrician was the same, professional, efficient and friendly, neat and tidy.
Vicky, our customer liaison, rang every day to check how things were going. It was helpful to speak to the same person each time. She was friendly, warm and professional.
Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend this company.

We are absolutely delighted with our shower room and the service you gave us. Steve was an excellent worker and his attention to detail was exceptional.

We love our new shower. It is now safer and more comfortable for me to take a shower independently. The fitter did a good job but unfortunately the original pump was faulty so the completion was delayed. Still glad to have gone ahead with Mobility plus as the entire team were professional throughout.

Keith has done a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances as the way our shower had to be fitted as far as we know had not been done before a lot of head scratching and perseverance paid off in the end nothing was to much trouble he would always talk through the process with me and listen to my input.
Tom the electrician has also done a first class job and we are looking forward to many years of trouble free service

The new bath we ordered was fitted extremely well by Simon without causing any significant damage in what wwas a fairly tight space for removing the old bath and installing the new one.
Dan the electrician made an exceptionally good job of wiring the seat motor so that the wiring is hardly visible.
The one problem we had with theseat, through a misunderstanding, was sorted by Eve (project manager) quickly and at no extra cost to us.
All round 5 star service.

Every stage was explained clearly, with phone calls to check progress and that we we're happy with progress.
Robert Pugh our installer was excellent.
A very hard and tidy worker.
Excellent work and experience.

Our fitter Chris Binfield was excellent. Very friendly, upfront and honest. Gave us informative information throughout.
Only downside was the optimistic completion time. This was not the fitter. It was sales and project manager.
