Motel One Avaliações 

Nach der ersten Übernachtung mussten wir am Folgeabend feststellen, dass die Zahnschiene von meinem Ehemann nicht mehr auffindbar . Es hatte sie in den Zahnputzbecher aus Pappe , der von der Putzfrau versehentlich weggeworfen wurde. .
Nachdem wir es festgestellt hatten, sind wir zu der Rezeption und die Mitarbeiterin hat uns schriftlich bestätigt , dass wir die Schiene nachdem sie nochmal,angefertigt wurde , erstattet bekommen Leider teilte mir der Hoteldirektor nach Vorlage der Rechnung mit, dass der Betrag nicht erstattet wird, da die ursprüngliche Rechnung nicht mehr vorliegt.
Es ging hier um einen Betrag von 300 Euro und das Hotel lehnte jegliche Zahlung ab.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, wenn etwas aus dem Hotel verschwindet , dass nicht im Safe aufbewahrt wurde , wird nur mit Ursprünglicher Rechnung erstattet. Also quasi ich habe ein teures Parfüm, dass nicht im Tresor aufbewahrt wird, von dem ich auch kein Rechnung mehr besitze, wird bei Verlust nicht erstattet . Auf den Hinweis , dass mir eine schriftliche Zusage vorliegt , hieß es die Mitarbeiterin sei nicht befugt gewesen.
Ich werde das Hotel und auch kein Anderes Motel One mehr buchen.
Ich bin sehr oft unterwegs, so etwas ist mir noch nicht passiert.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Man konnte sich fast nicht drehen und es war schwierig das Hundekörbchen unterzubringen. Eine Minibar fehlte auch. Leider war das Bad auch viel zu klein. Das Frühstück war lieblos und es gab nur gekochte Eier. Wer sich auf Rührei oder Spiegelei mit Bacon gefreut hatte, wurde enttäuscht… für den Preis stimmte die Leistung nicht!

Bei jedem motel1, das ich je besucht habe, erfuhr ich tollen Service, super Frühstück, ruhige Zimmer!

Es ist nicht das Ritz, aber in seiner Kategorie einfach toll:)

If I could no stars I would.

Reservation made the day before yet when I arrived no details were on the system. Had to stand at the reception desk for 15 mins with no explanation as to why I was waiting.

I was then given the key to my room, which wasn’t the room I paid for. I think had to go back down to receptions to enquire about the room to be told that booking.com didn’t put it on there system so when they transferred across they didn’t notice. Well they had 15 mins to suss it out and surely which room the guest had booked would be one of the first things checked?

When I was allocated my second room
again it was not the room I had booked/paid for so had to be moved for a 3rd time.

When I left my room this morning I realised that i didn’t have my car key and in all the nonsense yesterday that I must have left my car key in another room, needing to go to work I explained this situation to reception who checked the first room and no keys but the second room had been sold to someone else. I knew my key had to be in this room which has meant that no checked must have been done on the second room prior to the sale.

I asked the reception staff to check however they refused and said there was nothing that could be done until the quest checked out. When I told the staff I would need to check myself then as I needed to get to work they chased me down the corridor towards the elevator and stuck their foot in the elevator telling me I wasn’t allowed to do so. After being left with no choice as my property was in the room that was occupied by someone else I called the police who advised that the hotel staff were being unreasonable by refusing to chap on the door to enquire (I suspect this is because they would have to handle the not cleaning/checking the room conversation) so I’m waiting on the police to arrive and assist the situation or for the guest to check out.

It’s my 2nd time in the hotel and quite honestly I don’t know why I booked as its just as bad as the first time. Unhelpful staff, dingy rooms that they call their ‘Historical rooms’ but aren’t at all a representation of the rooms portrayed on the website.

I’ll be advising my company to refrain from booking here in the future, poor experience and even worse customer service!

Wir waren vom 18.8.-21.8.22 im Motel One in München am Sendlinger Tor. Es war von der Lage top, die U-Bahn zum Helene Fischer Konzert war gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war super sauber, wir wählen in den Städten immer das Motel One. Beim Frühstück könnten die Brötchen besser sein, sie sind alle zu weich. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Hotel. The staff at the reception were very helpful and accommodating, they deserve all their ***** stars without reservation.

Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet.
I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at Manchester a couple of times, once for a gig at the Arena and then for a works conference. Both times I could not fault it, the rooms are clean and comfortable - the beds are amazing! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also they’re happy to store your luggage for you and being located opposite the station is perfect.

Booked through work for a couple of days stay for a conference. Very nice room, A/C which was s must for me, clean, friendly staff, nice hotel. Would reccomend

I turned up with a confirmed reservation to be told that the hotel was over booked. The staff member then said he would try and get another hotel in the area for me (City of London). 45 minutes later he told me that he could not help anymore and asked me to leave when i was angry (I was livid). No empathy what's so ever (the problem with paying min wage?).
DO NOT USE THIS CHAIN. The customer service is appalling. I AM SO ANGRY I CANNOT TELL YOU. I How can you let someone down like this beggars belief!

Auch wenn es erst seit 1. Mai eröffnet hat, fühlt man sich - sie immer - gleich wohl. Es riecht alles noch sehr neu. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das neue Hotel one in Hannover bietet super Service. Der Herr am Empfang Joakim (Nachname weiß ich nicht mehr) war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Solche Mitarbeiter wünscht man sich!

Katastrophal am Weg rein und katastrophal am Weg raus: zuerst hat die Internetseite mehrfach nicht telefoniert, ich habe mehrfach probieren müssen, weil es nie geklappt hat. Angekommen im Hotel hat es ewig gedauert an der Rezeption, am Schluss habe ich dann eine kaputte Schluesselkarte bekommen. Im 15.Stock angekommen das gleiche nochmals von vorne. Am Weg nach draußen, das gleiche Service. „Excuse me I just got up“ (7h Ortszeit) 15min gewartet auf meine Rechnung. Frühstück doppelt bezahlt - „I guess there is a way to refund you“ …. Ich wollte den Manager sprechen, aber der hat sich angeblich noch umziehen müssen….

Worse company I've ever used. We arrived home to an unmade room, wet towels, unmade bed, no refreshment top ups. When we questioned this we were told that it was US that had been in our room ALL DAY! telling staff to go away when room service approached us throughout the day. This was a complete untruth, therefore I went down to reception and showed them various receipts and check in emails from the days activities we'd done, why would we travel for 4 hours to sit in our room and tell staff to go away?

The reception manager was the rudest person I've ever come across and accused us of lying! I was horrified at this response, thankfully another member of staff took the time to look at our proof we were out of the room and offered us a glass of wine as an apology.

The room however was left unmade for the entire 2 days of our trip, we had to drink bathroom tap water from used paper cups, wet towels, no coffee, no tea, dirty bedding.

Upon complaining to management post trip the Motel manager described a glass of wine as what he believed to be an adequate compensation for all of the above. Never in my life have I been accused of lying. Many many other guests in the Motel foyer were also very keen to complain about a number of other issues whilst we waited in a substantial queue to talk to someone about our issues. In short avoid this place like the plague!

This was the first ever hotel I have visited (in my whole life!) and to say it was amazing is an understatement. The staff were lovely and the view from my room was so beautiful- I love Glasgow! I had trouble trying to figure out the lighting but the issue was solved promptly and I’m so glad I decided to stay with Motel One. The interior was jaw dropping and absolutely stunning. 10/10! Would recommend to anyone!

Comfiest bed I'd slept in for a long while.

I travel alot and like to try different brands so was my first time staying at Motel One but I will most definitely be back.

Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, check in was fast, room very clean and perfect size 👌 I loved the little tea and coffee station. ☕️

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, Frühstück wirklich perfekt, leider ist die Reinigung der Zimmer Mangelhaft. Auch ein Hinweis bei der Rezeption keine Reaktion. Ich war jetzt 5 mal da und die letzten zweimal war die Reinigung trotz Trinkgeld mangelhaft. Schade

Ich habe schon in verschiedenen Motel one übernachtet,aber Berlin Hauptbahnhof war bisher das
Schlechteste.Sehr kleine Zimmer für 2 Personen,nur 1 Handtuch pro Gast. Keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer,weder Stift noch Papier und Telefon gab's auch nicht.Für 100 €
die Nacht kenne ich bessere Hotels.
Das Personal ist allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unmöglicher Service, lächerlich! Unfreundlich und es besteht noch nicht einmal die Möglichkeit Wasser fürs Zimmer zu kaufen. Unfassbar, nie wieder
