Brilliant service from start to finish thanks guys

Went through everything on the phone with them, constantly email and called, even after I said to wait till the following week to call, I gave in and agreed a Guaranteed offer which they stated would be guaranteed so I turned down other offers. Didn’t phone when on route or close, immediately slashed the price for things I shown in photos and explained on the phone, very rude people, told me services weren’t done, even though I shown paperwork and receipts, pressured me the whole time with bully tactics, I didn’t back down so they just walked away, literally just turned and walked off.. wasted my time.
Told me my exhaust was illegal, to which I pointed out it isn’t, I’m fully aware of legislations.

Will never recommend this company, definitely will post about this in the bike communities local too

Steve phoned to say he was an hour away when he turned very polite. Checked bike stamp my V5 form paid by cash agreed price. Very easy process by Steve would definitely recommend 👍

Company have been very helpful from the start of the process. Aaron delivered the bike today, he kept in touch around timings and came promptly and within the delivery time given. He was helpful, knowledgable, friendly and gave us plenty of time to ask questions.

Scott arrived at the time he said he would, very friendly.Didnt try to haggle the pre agreed price. Made for a very easy, straightforward sale. Would recommend.

Looking on Facebook for someone to buy my bike came across this advertisement from Motortradeteam .co.uk and decided to give them a ring .It was straight forward from the moment they answered the phone they gave me a fair price and a date for collecting the bike.Scott phoned me on the day he was coming and a time Scott was friendly and helpful with the paperwork and the whole process took about 20 minutes to complete with the money going straight into my bank .If you are looking to sell your bike give them a call I would recommend them for the service and price.

Steve turned up in his van, checked the bike and agreed to pay the agreed price. Money was transferred into my bank and the bike was loaded into the van. We filled in the paperwork and of her went. Very smooth deal.

I made an enquiry online and got a swift response from Ryan via phonecall. When on the phone he gave me a little more than initial estimate which was great. Within a few days the bike was collected by Scott who was a great guy, he phoned prior to arriving as promised and made the process as easy as it could possibly be. No haggling and i received the full quoted price straight into my bank. One of the best companies there is, I would definitely use again. Thanks guys.

I had the pleasure in meeting Aaron today, who called to collect the bike. His knowledge in particular Harleys in my case, was second to non.
I absolutely rate these guys as superb, thank you everyone

I wanted to sell my bike but selling privately nowadays is a pain in the butt so completed the online form and got a phone call a short time later.
Answered a few extra questions and sent extra pictures of the bike then an offer was made.
The offer I think was a fair one and agreed. Sarah dealt with everything and was very pleasant plus the process was straightforward which for me was a big plus.
Collection day arranged and arrived. The time keeping and communication via phone on collection was faultless and paper work was painless. The driver was a really nice chatty bloke and very informative. The whole process was quick and stress free. If you want top price go elsewhere but if you want fair price and a painless reliable transaction then they are recommended.

Put my details in the website, got a call back the next day to get further details and was told I would have a price by the end of the day. Three days later after I complain they call me with an offer, I said no, to be asked what I wanted then. I told him it was nothing to do with the offer but their service they should do what they said they would. How could I trust them to continue with the process. He put the phone down on me 😌

Is this a proper company, or just a wind up.
I have had several emails from them asking me if I wish to accept an offer they made for my motorbike.
Only problem is they have not made me an offer.
They have rang me, however I have not been able to answer there call, and whenever I have rang them back the phone has just rang out with no answer.
I keep replying to there emails, and all I get is a reply saying, do you accept our offer.

Like I'm going to accept, when I don't even know the offer.

Buy my Bike, CMC on the other hand, Made me an offer from my photos and description of the bike.

Nothing bad to say at all turned up time he said he would quick exchange lovely polite friendly bloke Scott was his name top man 👍🏻
