Amazing customer service from real humans
Products arrived safely except one, which was redirected to my local newsagents who refused the delivery. The customer service team at mountain warehouse are incredible and responded quickly when I realised the item had been sent back. The team, especially a kind shout out to Serena, Rachel and Maria, assisted and assured me that it would be sent out again, and even confirmed the original address with the seller. Great service and products, and best thing everything has arrived in time for the festival this week :) thank you again and highly recommend for all festival and camping gear!

False advertising - inaccessible space in backpack
Picked up a Ventura 40 litre in store today after checking the specs on the Mountain Warehouse website, because I needed a mid-size backpack to fit some large items on a trip tomorrow. I took my tape measure with me to confirm the items would fit and there would be space left for water bottles and smaller items.
Now, where I went wrong is that I didn't check that every single zipper that's displayed on their website is actually present on this bag. Only one of the two large size pockets has a zipper, the other is literal dead space that cannot be accessed from the inside or outside! For comparison, the side pocket with zipper fits a 1 litre water bottle, so we're missing out on significant storage space.
Unfortunately I won't be able to return this, given that I do need *a* bag that fits my items, even if I will now have to carry an additional smaller bag with stuff that doesn't fit or take a knife to the inner lining.
Thoroughly disappointing. Apparently another customer raised this same issue back in May but the company failed to correct the website listing. Take your money elsewhere
EDIT: The (padded parts of the) shoulder straps are also not symmetrical. One of them is a few cm longer and curves earlier than the other, meaning one strap sits normally on the shoulder while the other digs into the skin regardless of how the straps are adjusted

Online order shambles
Ordered and paid for 2 items to be delivered to my local store. Email from MW on 1st Aug - order shipped, await confirmation. 2 weeks later, heard nothing. Popped into local store 15th Aug, nothing, couldn't even locate my order number. Contacted MW customer services 16th Aug, advised parcel gone missing (with EVRI, really? Surely not.) Items ordered no longer in stock. Great. Full refund arranged. Complete waste of my time and I will think twice before shopping online with MW. Why do suppliers use EVRI?

Cannot fault these guys for delivery I placed an order at 1730 on Friday evening for express next day delivery it turned up Saturday morning at 10am. Then placed a replacement order Saturday at 11am received it Sunday morning!!
10/10 for effort on this delivery was with Evri next day

Awful company ran by children
Awful company ran by children. I didnt recieve a package and they claim the order number is wrong which it isnt and... THATS IT end of story no refund for me.
I spent £50, got nothing and they basically claim the order never even took place! Their ai chat bot is useless and their online step guide for help goes no where, never ordering from this mess of a place again.
Guess there is a reason their business is failing
(Edit) There is the typical copy amd paste reply, I can't contact anyone because you won't accept my order number so end of story, no refund.

Paid for next day delivery, no updates after 3 days
I ordered a sleeping bag and paid extra for next day delivery, however after 3 days the order still was with the courier, and when I contacted them about it I was told the order wouldn't be delivered and had to reorder. The customer assistant was very friendly, but the delivery issue was very inconvenient as I was due to go camping this weekend but now am unable to.
