Lovely Flip Flops …
Never purchased anything from Mountain Warehouse until I cam across their web site and was looking for some footwear to go with a black summer dress , I purchased a lovely pair of flip flops for £9.99 should have been £33 which for me is a lot of money but I can see why there at the higher end because they are so comfortable,like a cushion under foot and I love the flower design underneath it will break up the black dress in the summer .I would highly recommend if your looking for a flip flop thats a bit different .The delivery is quiet quick once they get dispatched as well .

Poor quality and misleading product presentation
I bought this swimsuit only 3 weeks ago, and my child has worn it just a couple of times. The fabric is already heavily pilling, fuzzing, and coming apart. For a new swimsuit with such limited use, this level of deterioration is simply unacceptable.
I’m also disappointed with the way the product is presented. The main image shows the child wearing a complete matching outfit with the top, bottoms, and hat, yet only the top is included. I could not find a clear statement on the product page making it obvious that the bottoms and hat shown in the main image are not included.
Showing a complete outfit as the main product image while selling only one piece is misleading and can easily give customers the wrong impression about what they are buying. The listing should clearly show what is included or make it obvious that the other items are sold separately.
Very disappointing overall. The quality is poor, and the product listing does not clearly represent what you are actually getting. I expected much better from Mountain Warehouse and would not recommend this product.

I ordered 2 quarter zip fleeces for my grandsons going back to school on the 4th of Aug 2026, after 1 phonecall enquiring as to where my order was a week after i placed the order i was told to get the evri app and check tracking, tracking did not move, i called again 15 days after order was placed to be told the order was lost, no communication prior to me calling to ask where my order was the 2nd time, refund issued and have to wait 5 days for money to come back to my acc, kids back to school 19th aug without the jackets i ordered for them, get your shit together and sort out your deliveries mountain warehouse, 1 very unhappy Nana here !!!

They sent my trainers really quickly but evri had them for 5 days not only have mountain warehouse sent a replacement via a different delivery company but refunded delivery cost, super quick and responsive customer services

MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE I am in the middle of an infuriating…
I am in the middle of an infuriating and stressful episode with mountain warehouse.
First of all, their sizes are laughable. I played football to age 44, and always wore a size 11. As I got older, I went into a 12, not football boots😁 and twelve still fits me except at mountain warehouse, where even their biggest size - 13 - doesn't fit.
I had to order the 13 online, so couldn't try it on. It was too small abiding by their policy, I took them back to a shop. I couldn't get my money back. They gave me a gift card that I don't want, all I need to shoes. I still can't get my money back from their head office. They're making my life a misery. At 83 I can well do without all the stress. My blood pressure measurably went up yesterday while trying to sort it out.
I hope you and they can learn something from my lousy experience.
It's also cost me 12 pounds in travel expenses, which I'm looking to them to repay.

Beautiful jacket on sale
Ordered a beautiful jacket on sale, arrived quickly. On opening I was feeling like this is perfect but on closer inspection I found the back panel had a noticeable pull in fabric. I was able to call and speak to a customer representative -Alix, who sent me an email with instructions to send photos and order information to them so they could rectify the problem. Within the hour I had a response from Ben and a refund as my jacket was now out of stock and couldn’t be replaced. Happy with the outcome and will definitely buy from them again.

Very disappointing experience with Mountain Warehouse
I purchased an electric pump for my paddle board from Mountain Warehouse, but unfortunately the pump was faulty. It repeatedly switched off after reaching only around 3 PSI, despite the paddle board requiring 20 PSI. I tried using it numerous times, but the problem remained.
I returned the pump to the seller, only to have the whole process dragged out for more than three weeks. This meant losing a significant part of the summer when I actually needed the pump.
After all that waiting, the seller refused to provide a replacement or refund, claiming that the pump was working correctly and that the problem was my fault.
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. The product did not perform the basic function I purchased it for, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Mountain Warehouse, and I certainly won't be purchasing from them again.
