Shaun and his team arrived Wednesday to fit a new boiler and 8 new radiators it was all finished by Friday dinnertime.excellent work carried out.i would highly recommend this company and have no hesitation in using them in the future.thank you

Peace of mind

I urgently needed someone to fix a pipe that I discovered was leaking behind a toilet as I was due to go on holiday that day. I spoke to a very helpful young lady who promised someone would be with me by lunchtime and she was as good as her word. Alex arrived and within the hour the leak was repaired and he even brought in a machine to soak the water that had seeped into the carpet. I was able to go on holiday with peace of mind returning today to find all was well.

Replacement shower.

Arrived quickly. Promptly diagnosed problem. Supplied and fitted new shower without problems. Cleaned up afterwards.

Difficult start to the day .

Liam came to fix a leaking radiator pipe . It was an awkward job due to the location of the pipe.
Liam was extremely professional and experienced. He worked hard to fix the problem making sure all radiators worked perfectly before leaving.
He left my property clean and tidy . It certainly was a difficult start to his day , arriving at 8.10 am and leaving at 10.15 am.
Thank you for a great job , Liam is a credit to the company .

Great company.

M&R fitted our new boiler and did an excellent job, and it has now been one year. They contacted us to remind us and arrange a convenient date for first service. They arrived as agreed, checked everything and without any mess or bother. Couldn't be happier, or recommend them higher.

Leaky to brand new boiler

Cannot recommend M&R enough! Always great.
Engineers Jack & Alfie came to see what the issue was on Thursday afternoon and by Saturday morning we had a new boiler! Absolutely fantastic service, lovely gentleman with great customer service. Quick efficient and made sure everything was working fine before leaving told us what to do with the new thermostat and how to work everything. Made sure we knew all we needed to know before he went and he cleared up very well after the job was done . Chantelle was more than helpful for get us sorted with the payment plan for the new boiler too.

Every interaction went wrong

Every interaction went wrong. Initially diagnosed a part issue with a boiler for repair, next chap who turned up said I should really have just gone for a new boiler instead and the part wasn’t needed, which was £500 of advice that could have been saved.

Part couldn’t be returned but I didn’t get to keep it despite paying for it.

Paid off my bill but was still hassled about the original call out which I thought had been paid when I rang them. Was told I’d get called back but never did when contacting them.

No interest or acknowledgment in what went wrong but 10/10 for asking for money.

I am incredibly sorry to read about your experience. It’s clear that we’ve let you down, not just once, but at several stages of your journey with us.

Reading your feedback, it’s obvious that our communication was nowhere near the level it should be. From the conflicting advice you received to the feeling of being "hassled" while your own questions went unanswered—that isn't the way we want to treat our customers. We clearly missed the mark on the "care" part of our service.

I have shared your comments with our management team, and we are currently conducting a full internal review of what went wrong with your booking and the advice provided. We don't want to just offer another empty promise of a callback. Once I have the full picture of the diagnostic and billing errors, I would like to reach out to you personally to discuss how we can rectify this and move forward.

Another efficient boiler service.

Easy to book an appointment for a boiler service. The engineer arrived within the agreed time slot. Offered to remove his footwear, which I thought was very polite. He explained what he was doing during the service and completed it thoroughly. I used M&R to fit my boiler and they have serviced it every year since so very happy with their work.
