Great set of lads who were very pleasant and did the job in no time

What can I say other than brilliant. Very knowledgeable on products. Clear and precise on which boiler would be most suitable for the space in which it had to go. The quote was almost exactly what I had in mind so Mick got the job before he left my house. I did get quotes from 2 others. Mick from M&R was by far the most professional .The boiler was installed yesterday, Tuesday the 17th Feb between 8:30 and 4pm no mess or hassle, perfect.
Highly recommended company.

I was given a very quick appointment with some choice. The engineer came well within the timed schedule. He was friendly, polite and did not leave any mess whatsoever. I asked him to put new batteries in and reset times etc, which he did willingly. Payment was promptly acknowledged by email.

M&R installed my current boiler almost 13 years ago and have serviced it each year ever since. They also took over the servicing of my aged gas fire at the same time. I have never had an issue with either. I have just had my gas fire replaced mainly for a new look (the old one was over 30 years old). Jack was assigned to the task. He was extremely efficient, respectful and very patient, explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new fire. The girls in the office, Chantelle and Kerry, are first class, they look after you in a very efficient and friendly manner keeping you informed at all times, also with respect and patience. Thank you very much.
