Booked a mot at 8:30 am and finished in less than 1 hour.

Happy with the service I received today, friendly staff and courteous.

I`m a returning customer, easy to book without a long lead time, friendly and fair service and pricing.

Van broke down on a Saturday, 3.pm , alot of the garages have closed for the weekend , one call to Mr clutch , "yeah bring it in " , given a quote for best and worst case scenario for a new clutch. Had the van fixed and ready by 3 pm on a Monday. The enfield branch are life savers.

I just pass Mot today for my BMW 2010, so the are honest .

I brought my car in, in a panic that it would be a massive job. Mark dismissed my worries and calmed me down with sensible detailed advice on what the problem could be. My car was kept for two days for a thorough investigation and diagnostics check. It wasn't a massive job more a mini maintenance that was needed. I was only charged for the diagnostics check and told to bring it back immediately should the problem re-occur. Brilliant service from Mark and the Mr Clutch mechanics.

Took my car to Mr Clutch in Luton with a suspected gearbox problem (as indicated by another garage), but Dave and team correctly diagnosed the issue as being an over-stretched gear linkage cable, replacement of which was certainly a lot cheaper than a gearbox repair. This is just the sort of service you want, proving Mr Clutch Luton to be a reliable and trustworthy garage. Now able to change gears without any issues and with total confidence. Very pleased with the outcome!

Brilliant service all round

Guys did an excellent job cleaning my car's brake system and replacing brake pads. I know it was a lot of work because the system hadn't been cleaned long time. Excellent service.

Would highly recommend to stay away from Mr clutch in chelmsford awful customer service i booked my car in for aircon regas and when i turnt up they told me i wasnt booked in! but they could do it but i would have to leave the car all day so i did and when i picked it up the price had changed from £120 to £150 for no reason!!
