Battery Died after 8 months
Be wary of buying from this business. Their website states a one year warranty but my battery died after 8 months' use and they offered a maximum of 50% refund. Buy from elsewhere. They are not UK based either despite a .co.uk website. I have not received a FULL refund, just less than 50% (£18.15 when I paid £38.79) so they are still lying and I will keep this comment here until I receive the amount in full.

The battery didnt work
The battery didnt work, they were quick to communicate and offer a refund. Almost too quick.. This was my only option, there was no explanation as to why the battery wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t send a replacement just offered a refund. So now I’m sat with a dead battery, a dead laptop and no assistance. I’ll go elsewhere.
Looking at other reviews it seems this happens a lot and they are just shipping dead batteries.

I got a full refund without a problem
This company is based in china not the UK.
It took a week for the copy MSI laptop battery to be delivered.
The battery didn't work.
For some reason the battery wasn't holding the power.
I emailed the company and received a email the same day.
They asked for a photo of my original battery working in the laptop and their battery which wasn't working.
After I sent the photo I got a full refund of over £30.
I'm shocked, I thought I was going to be scammed.

battery is awful
battery is awful. When I don't have the charger in the laptop sometimes just shuts off on it's own. The battery I had before that works better. Disappointing.

Prompt delivery and great price.
Battery arrived within four days (far quicker than expected). I haven`t needed to use it yet as a Windows update caused my laptop to keep shutting down and not my actual battery itself, but my experience has been a positive one and i would definitely use this seller again.

Failed battery within a week.
ordered the replacement battery, installed without issue, had about 5 days of enjoyable use from it over the period of a few weeks then the battery failed, waste of money, in the bin it goes.
