Quick delivery and flawless product
Quick delivery (ordered on Thursday, arrival by Monday). The battery, while not the same shape as the one in my laptop, it still fit and works flawlessly. After power cycling 2-3 times it was then recognised by the laptop and has now been calibrated. I have gone from a laptop that previously had a full charge of 12500 mAh to factory 51300 mAh. Very happy overall

Attention to detail
Very quick delivery and I appreciated the note to check the very specific model number on the existing battery to avoid a costly mistake. I have a new battery in my laptop now for about half the price of an assessment of the costs, never mind the repair, at a well known high street chain.

So far good experience with replacement…
So far good experience with replacement battery. It was just arrived on time and surprisingly with set of screwdrivers. It was so helpful and quick to replace the old one. Rated capacity seems same as original MSI battery. My previous original battery got swollen due to heavy use and may be higher system temperature, hope this should survive for long.

Its weight is 290g, just 10g less than the original, so I can assume it is using similar capacity cells. It is working well so far and the capacity is as advertised.
