I made a mistake in the spelling of my personalised order. I emailed straight after placing the order and KRISHA changed my order to the correct spelling almost immediately. There was no anxious wait for a reply, no drama, fuss or inconvenience to me. KRISHA’s emails were friendly and supportive even though it was my mistake. I am very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend.

Had a small issue with the delivery, only delayed by a day and the customer service was so positive, so proactive and the quality of the gift was amazing

My 1st years is the worst company I’ve ever used. From messing up the order for our granddaughters 1st Birthday, by omitting the personalisation, getting my name wrong on trite standard Emails, and an appalling telephone customer service experience, we are utterly disappointed with this company.
As someone whose grandchildren live far away, we thought this company was going to be our lifeline. It most definitely is not.
We’re not even going to return the faulty item, partly because of the awkward and expensive return process, but mainly because, a small refund of the original item will not compensate for the disappointment of the messed up order and the awful customer service experience.

Received a faulty item, contacted customer services, I spoke with someone called Dorota and they were amazing. I received a replacement within 4 days really happy with the service

I ordered a personalised safari shape sorter for my grandson’s first birthday. The parcel arrived at the Ervri hub on Tuesday 9th June. On Wednesday 10th it was delayed. I emailed first years to see if they could do something. They quickly reported back that Evri had launched an investigation. By Tuesday 16th I emailed Frist years again because I was going round in circles with Evri. Again a quick response to say my parcel was missing.
Dorota from customer services at First Years responded politely, professionally and confidently. She arranged for a new item to be dispatched through a different delivery company. The safari sorter was reordered Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday 17 th during the morning. The sorter arrived in a beautiful gift box wrapped perfectly. What fabulous service from First Years and in particular Dorota in customer service Thank you I will definitely be using this company again

Great communication from Marie in customer service. The bags arrived in good time after an email to Marie who kept me informed all the way ( as I needed them in a hurry!) Excellent quality - the grandchildren will love them for their pack ups and picnics.

I have had a very positive experience with My 1st Years! My first order for a denim jacket was absolutely fantastic and arrived on time and was beautifully packaged.
The second one also arrived on time but unfortunately arrived without personalization. Aleksandra went above and beyond to help with this.
I am delighted to say a new gift is on its way!

I personalized my own backpack and got a completely different colour palette than I ordered and my son was soooo sad when he saw the beige Backpack with a gray tractor (we choose a really colourful Blue tractor with a brown chicken an a yellow Chick) :( as an „apology“ I got 5£ discount on my next purchase…Never again!

I ordered a personalised money box for my grandson, but on arrival it had a chip on the white paint which was very disappointing. Marie in Customer Services was very helpful and arranged for me to return the damaged item the same afternoon, then organised a replacement to be shipped for delivery within the next 48 hours.

Would give no stars if I could!
Tissue paper arrived in my gift box ripped to shreds I purchased two books one wasn’t right for my nursery so I wanted to return it contacted customer service and they have been more than useless have to pay to return things and won’t get a full refund. Unfortunately not the first experience I wanted for my babys first items. Will not use again

I would like to commend My 1st Years for their outstanding customer service.
I recently made a mistake when placing an order and entered incorrect details for a personalised product. Although the error was entirely my own, the team at My 1st Years went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They replaced the item without hesitation, even though they were under no obligation to do so.
A special mention must go to Dorota, who provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Dorota was professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation very easy to resolve.
It is rare to find a company that places such a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. My 1st Years exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
