I didnt get one quote , not impressed

Although I gave up on the masses of emails to and fro with Head Office, while trying to book an MOT. I drove to the local branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They booked the car in for a slot 2 hours later, so I just needed to kill some time until the appointment. The car failed on something as simple as a headlight alignment, which they will adjust for free and then a free re-test. I’ve re-booked for tomorrow, as they were maxed-out today. Both staff members that I spoke to were very friendly and customer oriented, I can’t fault the place.

They a get my car done at the same garage for £100 less

I highly recommend this service. I needed my brake pads done in a bit of a emergency. I made contact with MyCarNeeds and they got me in contact with a Garage that was able to book my car in for the very next day.

Garage laughed at the quote price but by then we had already travelled there, don't believe the price quoted check with garage first.

Read the small print they are only after your money. Ended up paying over 30 pounds for nothing. Don't waste your time or cash

When I need to book a mot I want to know a date now not in up to two days time!!!

Waste of time accepted quote to then be told over the phone that the garage can't do it because of the height of vehicle. They knew the vehicle before they quoted!.

This used to be a good website. You would get lots of independent mechanics quoting you but now you just get automated responses from the big chains and a total waste of time.
