Needs to be clearer about how the process works, I received an email to say let's get you booked in to which I responded to and then nothing. Rang the garage myself to book it in only to find the price the site had quoted for a clutch was a good £200 less than the garage were quoting! The technician couldn't understand why it had done that.

Looking out for customers, checking they were contacted by third party when required.

Complete waste of time! I have tried 3 times to quotes for 3 different jobs that I had previously had diagnosed and simply wanted a quote to carry out the work required. When I did a quote, which were very few and far between, not a single addressed the actual job requirement and ALL of them simply quoted the cost of an additional diagnostic! Useless.

Stop spamming people's inbox. I have unsubscribed from your marketing list over three times, yet it seems like you don't care about or follow opt-out policies.

Needed an MOT, after added my request to the website & received quotes within a short time .

Got 4 quotes the same day and got an appointment sorted the following day. Only suggestion I would make is the site needs to be clearer about the process. When you click 'make a booking' you don't immediately get a response or are told what then happens. It would be better for the site to say that the garage will contact you to agree a date and time within x working hours.

Needed an MOT asap & decided to add a service at the same time, added my job to the website & received very well price quotes within an hour.

Very simple to state required job and accept prices (which are usually very cost effective).

Chose one of several quotes given to me. Actually nearest to me. Was contacted by the MOT station and booked in within 48 hours

Although there were 26 days left before my MOT the first appointment offered was in October! When I said that was too late I was offered one on 11 September - 2 days after my MOT ran out!

Booked in for service on a date I picked . Took my money . Changed the date which I couldn't attend . Complete joke of a place .
