I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Myprotein.
I was charged twice (€242 total) for my orders, even though I did not clearly authorize the second charge. After noticing this, I returned most of the items over a week ago and kept only a small item worth around 750 CZK. Despite this, I still have not received any refund.
What makes this worse is that my account was suddenly suspended, which means I cannot access my orders or properly contact customer support. This makes it extremely difficult to resolve the issue.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I am still waiting for my money back. For a company of this size, this level of service is unacceptable.
I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve how they handle payments and customer support.

nedostačující možnosti platby
Při tvoření objednávky je těžké objednávat oblečení ve stejných barvách a ve stejných kolekcích - když vyberete barvu podprsenky, nejsou ve stejné barvě legíny a opačně. Možná by bylo dobré mít možnost nakoupit i komplety (možná i za nižší cenu).
A pak mi velmi vadím, že není možnost platit jinak než platební kartou, např. pomocí QR kódu a nebo okamžitou platbou z bankovního účtu - to by bylo nanejvýš vhodné v 21.století - proč v dnešní době zadávat čísla a údaje z platebních karet ?!?

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your customer service. In my previous order, I purchased a complete set (bra, hoodie, and leggings), but the leggings were never delivered. Although they appeared to be in stock when I placed the order, I was later told they were out of stock with no prior notice.
I wanted to return the remaining items since the set was incomplete, but I don't see why I should pay for return shipping when the mistake was on your side. Your support team has been unhelpful, providing only generic responses without any real solution. Despite promising to get back to me, I have been waiting for a long time with no update.
Because I received no support, I was forced to order the leggings again now that they are back in stock just so I could finally use the set. This meant I had to pay for delivery a second time. I am requesting compensation for the additional shipping costs and the inconvenience caused.
