My experience of shopping with this company was an all round💯 experience. My phone wallet was just as the description.The only criticism I would make is that the item I ordered came after the date I purchased it for, however saying that I will still have lots of opportunities to use it.

Det kan simpelthen ikke passe, at man skal vente flere minutter på svar hver gang, man stiller et simpelt spørgsmål. Kundeservicen er langsom og hjælper ikke med at give klare svar.

Det værste er dog, at I tillader kunder at bestille varer, som I tilsyneladende ikke kan levere. Hvis varen ikke er på lager eller ikke kan skaffes, hvorfor er den så tilgængelig på hjemmesiden?

Derudover modtog jeg ingen information om forsinkelsen eller leveringsproblemerne. Først da jeg selv kontaktede jer, fandt jeg ud af, at varen ikke kunne leveres. Det er uacceptabelt, at kunderne selv skal jagte information om deres ordre. Det ikke mig der tilbyder varen.

Manglende kommunikation, dårlig kundeservice og vildledende lagerstatus gør, at jeg ikke kan anbefale MyTrendyPhone.

I'm very pleased with the phone case I purchased from this company. The quality is excellent, and the design is fantastic. Communication throughout the process was great, and the company kept me updated on the delivery every step of the way. The item arrived on time and exactly as expected. I would highly recommend this company and am already considering buying another phone case from them in the future.

Case fits my A56 well, has good grip and camera lens cover is nifty. Very fast delivery.

Dårlig service. I skriver i har dag til dag levering og alligevel går der en hel uge inden man modtager varerne.

Took over a week to get here, the product does not work on samsung s26+ because the phone won't let you download, app, the clear view has no protection on it leaving the phone vulnerable and not as described.

I bought the new Bose Headphone (2.0) knowing previous experience with Bose was great and the new headphones delivered great sound and I would not want people to be put off of Bose ….. but! I felt ripped off with MyTrendyPhone because although the price I got from Which! was great for a UK website they were eventually delivered from Denmark so I paid customs making it £30 or so more expensive with an excruciatiating longer delay (and limited comms) than Amazon! A life lesson ….

I had a query regarding delivery from Denmark but the company fully explained the process and i have now received my order .

I received today the wallet-style case for my new Xiaomi 15T Pro. It was very well packed and is of very good quality. The case fits the phone very well and feels quite luxurious. The price is very modest, considering the quality of the case.

Phone case as described/fitted my phone and delivery quick. I would use this company again.

Terrible service. I have wasted a week waiting for these people to sort out my order. Not sure why a simple transaction should take so many attempts to communicate with these lot. When i tried to raise the issue through their support portal it took 3 attempts to get any progress and even then it still wasn't fully addressed, so i just gave up. At one stage the person said it was my fault (i must have clicked the go back key)...utter nonsense!!!

Fantastic service and a great product.

Expensive shipping charge for a slow delivery (6 days), 1 to 2 working days it wasn't! BUT after considering my case, they are refunding my shipping costs, which I consider pretty impressive. They've listened to my complaint and done the right thing and as a consequence I would most certainly buy from them again. Well done My Trendy Phone.
