Good service very happy . It eas my first to buy something from this website. Fast and secure delivery

Ordered online. Took money issued a tracking number. Item is still awaiting to be processed 8 Days ago, plus paid for fast delivery. Customer care is virtually non existent and even suggested I check mailbox for item. They have not got a clue on what or who has ordered so they can track.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Delivery time was actually seven working days rather than the promised 2-3 days. Not great.

The item has not yet arrived even though I was notified it would be delivered yesterday by Royal Mail.
Update... the item arrived 24 hours later, so all is well

Very slow dispatch time... company create postage label but didnt actually leave the facility 4-5 days later esp when the delivery time is 3-5 days

Delivery stated as parcel force 48. Ordered it 24th March, as of Saturday 28th March, it is still not even in the uk. It will be more like 10 working days before it is delivered.
I will come back and inform when it has been eventually delivered.
Nor did they give a tracking number, again, to hide away from the true delivery times.
I have had a response from my trendy phone, stating delivery is between 2 and 5 days. This is not true, everything states 2-3 days delivery. Check other reviews, all saying the same. Some even waiting 2 weeks. Abysmal company, avoid at all costs.

I choose this cover as the description sounded like a good quality product. It was highly priced in comparison and the postage was high.
I paid the price but when the product arrived it was just a Gorilla screen which I could have bought much cheaper.
The packaging had 3 stickers over the very small instructions. So had to take great care to peel them off.
The Wet cleaning sachet was dried up.
When I applied the screen I took great care but there is still a large bubble and very small bubbles which I suppose I’ll have to live with.

Paid for a case for my s26 ultra 3-4 weeks ago. Momey left the account. I didn't get a confirmation email or an order number and I never recieved the case

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with MyTrendyPhone. I recieved my reordered phone 11th if march, ordered a phone case on March 12th and only later realised it wasn’t actually available until March 23rd (this wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase).
Since then, I’ve had no proper updates. It’s now March 26th and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. The only response I keep getting is “we are expecting some parcels anytime,” which is vague and unhelpful. I’ve had to chase them myself every single day just to get the similar reply.
I paid £42.30 for this order, and considering my phone is brand new, I needed a good case urgently. The lack of communication and unclear stock information is very frustrating.
At this point, I would not recommend ordering from them if you need your item within a reasonable timeframe.

Erg slecht. Je krijgt beroerde kwaliteit voor een A-prijs. De service is slecht. Er wordt wel vlot gereageerd op emails. Maar de inhoud is altijd bedroevend. Het retour sturen moet naar Denemarken. Het is vrij schimmig allemaal. Als ik dit vooraf had geweten, had ik hier niets besteld.

Men vraagt nu om contact op te nemen, dat lijkt erg klantvriendelijk. Ik heb echter al 30 e-mails gestuurd zonder resultaat. Koop hier niet! Je krijgt:

The sale is highly mis-leading. My invoice includes shipping cost and rapid delivery for which I paid extra for. I should have received my goods in 1-2 days and they are now forecasting 6 days. I also have demands for an additional £47.98 for import fees! The company was advertised as being in Hadleigh Suffolk. I have since discovered that this company was dissolved 2nd April 2024 - ref: Companies House. The delivery communication suggests Denmark as the source country.
The company was promoted on the ?Which web site as a suitable retailer for the Samsung Galaxy3 FE ear buds. I have since spoken to ?Which to suggest that they remove Mytrendyphone from their retailers list.
I have written to the Mytrendyphone stating that the additional costs added after the sale is mis-selling under the misrepresentation Act 1967. Lastly their contact telephone 02070990759 is uncontactable.

The delivery was great ,kept informed where my delivery was and when it was arriving,the products was very good far exceeded what l thought they would be,would certainly recommend,

I contacted customer service today to report that I have not received my order. Although the delivery company claims the parcel was delivered, they only provided a photo of an unidentified door and stated it was mine. Despite this, the company chose to trust the delivery service rather than their customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. The order was a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and this has caused significant upset. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they do not appear to value or trust their customers.

Very nice phone cover and prompt delivery

Placed an order which i thought was from uk which came from germany damaged then i had to pay £4,70 to return it 48hrs tracked. That was 3 weeks ago sent atleast 8 emails since then and same reply back saying our team will look into this when they can. Do not buy from them shocking service

Case looks and feels good. Price was good. Should have been 4 stars but delivery was a very long time, i didn't realise it was coming from Europe and then Royal Mail.
case does not have a magnetic close and the phone has to be waken up each time i open the case.

This is the 2nd time ordering and the cover is as expected. Unfortunately I had to wait 6 days for it to be delivered because I ordered it on a Friday morning and the weekend didn't count. This will probably put me off ordering next time.

I haven't received the product that I paid for.
