Terrible customer service
I need to speak to someone from Names.co.uk i want an email thread not a phone call as i'm not in the UK. I seem to be locked out of my account and my paid domain has disappeared - I need to transfer this but i am now locked out my account. Absolutely ridiculous and a shocking amount of barriers and faults with customer service that i've had to resort to TrustPiliot.

Had good support by Names.co.uk for transfer of domain name from an individual to our Company Director. Good process, but took quite some time for both .co.uk domain and .com domain.

I raised a support ticket on a Friday morning. Within 10 minutes I had a call from Kyle (Fawthrop). I'd explained in my initial inquiry that I was technically pretty inept, so Kyle took it upon himself to call me rather than continue a text-based chat which may confuse me further.
Right choice, for sure. Kyle was brilliant. He explained things in clear, non-technical language, leaving me with a clear understanding of the problem and the ways in which it could be solved. If only all online communications were that good-natured, friendly and clear, the world would definitely be a happier place to inhabit! Thanks again, Kyle; your help was very much appreciated.

Unfulfilled promises effecting business.
I have a suspended website domain because they have not sent a verification email to me. I set this up more than a couple weeks ago and it was working now its suspended on the basis of me not having completed a verification of my email address which was NEVER sent to me. I was advised it would take up to 48hrs to get a new verification email and 48hrs has passed and I still do not have the email. Its effecting my business and does not make me look very good. I would appreciate someone calling me to rectify this issue, ASAP.
