Wow , Great service from Andy & Sam
Wow , what can we say absolutely top service form start to finish. We ordered online and was a bit unsure about it but we have to say we were truly impressed. Right after placing order Sam kept us informed via email and was very helpful with any asks and then to top it all Andy delivered our order and not only that he placed all the wood carefully in the hallway as there wasn't anyone to take it in, i know it is normally kerbside delivery so a BIG THANK YOU Andy top man. We will definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend to everyone as not only do they make sure customer is happy they are reasonably priced too. Thank you to you all.

Poor service
When I placed the order 5 days ago, i received a email saying, "A member of staff will confirm your order and process it within 48 hours, you will then be called with a delivery date." this never happe, instead i discovered my wood order left in the rain for 4 hours after it was delivered at 0645 today. 4 hours it sat in the rain.. not the service I expected.

Good Morning Mr Hussain, I would like to apologise on behalf of our company in regards to your recent purchase. We have let ourselves down on not calling prior which is something that i have spoke to the team about this morning. We do take your comments very seriously as these are errors that can cause our Trustpilot score to decrease especially as we pride ourselves on having a great score especially in this volatile industry. We would like to point out also that our products are situated outside and they are tanalised within a pressure treated environment.
We hope to change your mind on your next order, especially when our products are of the highest quality. If you have any more issues or would like to place another order please don't hesitate to contact us in store on 0121 557 8838 or message me personally at sam@national-timber.com
Kind regards
Sam

Andy who came and delivered within the 1hr and a half was really kind too.
