Had a failed product and raised a warranty claim. Provided information requested, multiple times, kept getting requests for adddional information. Gave up and purchased an alternative product.

I loved the Native Union ReClassic Tan on my iPhone 17 Pro Max so much that choosing a case for my new iPhone 18 Pro Max was an easy decision.

I decided to go with Native Union again and chose the ReClassic in the same style.The design is simple, elegant, and feels premium without being too flashy.I especially love the look and feel of the case it has that perfect balance between protection, comfort, and style.
And the support and update about my order was in another level. Love it all the experience

Commande passée pour une protection de smartphone le 16 septembre 2026. Il est mentionné méthode de livraison standard 5-6 jours ouvrés.
Avec mon numéro de suivi je vais sur le site du transporteur GLS qui me dit que ma commande n'a toujours pas été remise au transporteur après 9 jours!
Le service client contacté est réactif mais est dans l'impossibilité de me donner un quelconque délai.

Commande passé le 13/09 et toujours pas expédié le 21/09. J'ai beau contacté le service client deux fois, ils ne sont pas capables de me dire où est ma commande ni même quand elle sera expédié. Bien entendu en plus d'aucune explication , aucun dédomagement n'est proposé ! J'avais déjà commandé une coque chez eux qui s'est avéré être de mauvaise qualité au vu du prix, j'avais réitéré car ils ont fait une collaboration avec une marque que j'aime beaucoup mais c'est très clairement ma dernière commande chez eux si toutefois je la reçois un jour ! Honteux, fuyez, vous gagnerez du temps et de l'argent

J’avais déjà commandé une coque de la marque native union chez Amazon que j’avais reçu assez rapidement. Cependant cette année j’ai commandé ma coque sur leur site directement mais je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu. Ça fait déjà une semaine, je vous recommande vivement de commander directement chez Amazon que sur leur site, car les expéditions sont mieux gérés

I searched high and low for a “carry string”??? I could wrap around d my wrist or a bag - London is crazy dangerous for mobility phone users - I have tried 4 others - too fat, too bulky, you can’t charge your phone, your cover won’t fit etc. But these do! And I love them. Feel much safer. And when I dropped my phone on a flight, it wasn’t the usual horror - here I just hoiked it back up. Super stuff. Want in many more colours now. Both long and short.

Stick to buying from an actual human being. Native Union offers ZERO customer service. The product shipped from another country. The shipping company (UniUni, whoever that may be) texted that it could not be delivered (this hotel desk has successfully received countless packages for us) and the package was Undeliverable / Returned to Sender.
Apparently no one at Native Union cares. The only responses were AI , telling me that even with my name, email, and order number they couldn’t locate my order information.
No human response. No tracking information.
No mention of a refund. No apology.
This item, ordered well in advance, was needed for a trip.
I now have no product, no communication, and must force the bank to demand a refund.
I’ve used there products for several years but if this is the state of online ordering from Native Union it’s time to shift brands.
I advise all to buy items from a proper salesperson in an actual store. Keep retail alive.

When it comes to handphone accessories, I will definitely buy them from Native Union, my trusted favourite for designs that are my cup of tea. Thank you.

It’s a pure scam selling defective products and then charging u 95% of the price for „cost of return“

I needed to cancel an order shortly after placing it, and Native Union's support team responded very quickly and cancelled it without any hassle, even though their policy usually doesn't allow cancellations. Really appreciated the fast and helpful response. Great experience overall, and it gives me confidence for future purchases.

The products are very nice, functional and good looking.
The service is also great. Wrongly shipped product was very quickly exchanged and left me with the feeling that customer counts!
I will definitely buy again
