Purchased the rise 3-in-1 charging stand and the iPhone 15 Pro classic case and magnetic card holder. Very happy with all 3 products, especially the charging stand. Having my iPhone in standby mode and my watch charging together versus separate cables is great!

I ordered the Voyage 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger × 1 and the (Re)Classic Power Bank Magnetic | Emilie Sarnel Limited Edition × 1. The order was split in to 2 deliveries but both orders arrived within a week. I am a fan of their products and am very happy with both these items. The only reason for the 4 stars rating (and not a 5 star rating) is that my on line order qualified for free shipping but my order was processed within the shipping cost included. Customer services were very prompt in arranging the shipping cost refund.

Great quality once again from Native Union. Combined with fast delivery and excellent communications they’re a winner.

It’s still charging but it will match the case flawlessly. Can’t wait to see it in action!!

After a couple more exchanges with NU the problem below was resolved. Rating changed from 1 to 4 stars (poor customer experience this time but their products are of a very high quality). Still no item, no response – very disappointing experience

I ordered an iPhone case and battery pack from Native Union, and the parcel was marked as “delivered to reception” — except I work from home and have no reception.

I’ve contacted Native Union three times now and have received zero response or resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company with such a premium image has non-existent customer service.

Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend buying directly from them. Poor communication and no accountability for missing orders.

Il prodotto è indubbiamente molto bello...finché dura!! Ma da una cover che costa 10 volte del normale non mi aspettavo certo che fosse distrutta dopo soli 10 mesi di normale utilizzo. L'attacco del city grip si è rotto dopi soli 6 mesi. Anche la cover dopo 4-5 mesi era già rovinata. Sconsigliatissimo, non buttate così i vostri soldi

These cables are the best. The quality is undeniable. Shipping is fast. My family keeps taking them from me. I have ordered many.

I ordered the 14-inch laptop sleeve. The materials, color, and design are exactly what I was looking for, but the craftsmanship in the final details is lacking. The seams and corners are uneven, affecting the overall shape of the sleeve, and the foam inside is not shaped to perfectly match the stitched sleeve, causing slight bulkiness in some areas. Might be a bad batch but considering the price, the quality could be improved.

Worst company and scam, sells you outdated AirPods Pro case and doesn’t refund you. Don’t believe them. I kept the phone case but the quality is plastic build not at all what you believe you will get with the pictures.

I’m a loyal client of Native Union since more than 5 years, and use daily several of their products today.
Good quality of the materials used, design is fantastic and I still enjoy looking at their latest additions regularly.

Placed order. Got a message immediately updating me on my order. Had it in hand in 3 days. Great service and product is Native Union quality as I’ve come to expect.

Always great products and excellent customer support to back them up. What's not to like?

RETURN TAX ALERT! Really cool products but returns are expensive. They charge you for returns and send you a label, and if you don't have a printer you have to pay extra at a print shop. I ended up spending 8 quid just to return a product I didn't quite like. Bonkers ! Should've ordered the same product for Amazon instead.

Very poor service. Chased twice for an update with my order after waiting since 21st September. I finally received a response. Order was cancelled initially without an explanation, no stock ,no plans to produce more product. Not a great experience and I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

You ask for a review and the item hasn’t even appeared. Your delivery system is totally useless
