I wouldn't recommend them at all. I've only got the speeds they've mentioned on their packages for two months and then it was never seen again. You're better of with PTCL because at keast they're customer support responds. Nayatel also hides critical details regarding packages in a fine print that is cleverly mixed up in their T&C.

Worst ever service i have seen poor management and poor sales officers they don't reply i have applied a new connection 7 days ago and i have paid 18k pkr from the last seven days they have our amount but their workers haven't come our home and if i make a call to ask why they make excuses that your installation is under process so unprofessional behaviour

Worst Ever Services i have seen in whole of my career.

Terrible services.I had put up a request to reactivate my account and despite continuous follow up, they didn’t bother to resolve the issue. Their field staff is not attending the call. I will never recommend based on this non professional attitude.

I had high expectations from Nayatel, but the experience has been terrible. The internet speed is far below what was promised, and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with frequent slowdowns. On top of that, their customer support is practically non-existent. I tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up, and the whole process was a massive waste of time. For a company that markets itself as reliable, this has been a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the hassle.

one of the worst internet out there! literally you can not even browser YouTube video these days. Will be shifting soon to another network. bad bad experience.

Worst wifi services

Their services are getting worsen day by day.

Nayatel services are going down day by day. Unable to maintain its original reputation. By increasing business area, the quality of service is on decline. response to customer issue and problems is very slow. internet speed is not stable and constant. Authorities should pay attention towards this serious Issue. I am Nayatel customer since its launching in Rawalpindi /Islamabad but now I am little disappointed

I wish i could give Nayatel less then 1 star... On their network, i get 100% packet loss and when i call them they fix it for an hour and then 100% packet loss starts again..

They charge for a visit to check if there is any problem with the internet. 450 for visit charges and if there is any other thing that is faulty they charge extra for that particular thing. Patch card charges 1000. Internet is ok.

Nayatel is just awesome,a reliable service.

The most pathetic internet service provider company. I wish I could have shared my screenshots here. They closed my ticket without even notifying me and despite asking them for so many times they didn't resolve my packet loss and delay issue. Very unprofessional company. PTCL is much better than this chit.

CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH AND SERVICES ARE PATHETIC

They are not providing UPS for their ONT device despite that I have requested so many times. Previously they were providing but now they are not providing.

Asking to pay bill even after bill is paid and even disconnect despite the bill is paid.

Why would I refer Nayatel to anyone when I'm not satisfied with it myself? Do you really think you can fool us by carrying out your "maintenance activity" almost twice a month during which phone, internet and cable are unavailable for 8 to 12 hours in a row? This is no maintenance. This is like loadshedding. We know you do it to save up on costs and make a profit. You're a pack of deceiving looters.

Worst customer support ever. Staff doesn't care about your complaints. They are least cooperation.They don't bother to send anyone to our house just to fix the router. I regret the day I got nayatel. They are the biggest fraud.
