Cannot find a fault in our experience with Neon Filter, Ellie was super helpful while we were designing/ ordering our sign. The online design process is very simple to use with lots of options, and any queries were answered promptly!

I couldn't be happier with my neon sign! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Initially, because of where my sign needed to be placed, I needed to find out about the cables used in order to see if they would fit through the gap in my home bar. Ellie sent photos of the cables used and answered a number of other questions which made the job of creating my sign so much easier! The sign itself is absolutely stunning! I have had so many compliments already and we've only had it for 4 days! If you are looking to buy a custom neon sign, I would honestly recommend Neon Filter over all others.

Awesome light! Had some difficulty with returning my first light which arrived damaged. However, this was eventually rectified and I now have the replacement, which is awesome!

I’ve wanted one of these for a while as a gift for my niece, she loves it! It arrived nice and quick and the quality is fantastic. It’s very bright! We opted for a dimmer switch and that works great. I don’t know where to start here. Absolutely shocking experience with Neon Filter.

I ordered a neon sign that was promised to be delivered by January 27th, which was critical for a shoot. Instead, the delivery was delayed day after day, with FedEx claiming they attempted delivery—which was completely false. They didn’t.

We had staff on-site waiting, plus a Ring doorbell that records all activity and chimes inside the office. No delivery attempt was ever made. Despite repeatedly raising this with Neon Filter, they blindly accepted FedEx’s excuse and refused to take any responsibility.

To make things worse, because FedEx “claimed” they attempted delivery three times (without providing proof) they refused to attempt delivery again. Neon Filter then told me I could either:
1. Pick it up myself from a depot that isn’t even local
2. Have it sent to my home, which would require a four-hour round trip just to get the sign where it was originally meant to be

Neither of these was an acceptable solution, and instead of taking any responsibility, Neon Filter repeatedly insisted the fault was mine for supposedly not answering the door—despite all evidence proving otherwise.

Then, just when I thought the situation couldn’t get worse, the package was sent back to the sender. At that point, they discovered it had been severely damaged in transit, which meant yet another delay while they made me a replacement. Clearly, something went seriously wrong with FedEx here, but I suppose we will never know. Kind of them to offer a quick replacement but baring in mind, this is now over 1 week late for the shoot I needed it for.

I also requested, via email, if Neon Filter could supply a couple of faders for the two signs I purchased as a goodwill gesture for the massive inconvenience, and my request was completely ignored. Then, when we arrived to pick up the signs, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and played dumb.

This entire situation has cost me both time and money—I had to pay an extra £180 for a last-minute alternative just to meet my deadline for the shoot. Neon Filter has been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to hold themselves accountable for the service they promised.

At the end of the day, yes, FedEx is responsible for the delivery—but I purchased from Neon Filter, not FedEx. Rather than working towards a real solution, Neon Filter chose to shift blame onto me instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue.

The products they offer are fantastic - I love the signs. However, due to the lack of ownership and blame placing on me and my business I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

If you need a neon sign for an event or deadline, DO NOT use Neon Filter—because if anything goes wrong, they will wash their hands of it and leave you out of pocket.

I am delighted with my mini paws neon sign. Ordering from the firm was easy and delivery was swift. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The sign fell apart when it arrived with the letters falling out. They weren't actually stuck in properly. When I contacted Neon about the problem, they were unsympathetic and just said oh, it must've fallen out in the post, just push the letters back in. This wasn't possible because the lettering hadn't been cut correctly and didn't fit in the slots in the board. I was told I could return it, and it would be fixed, but there was no mention of any apology or offer to assist due to the inconvenience.. The sign itself was unusable for my virtual meetings due to the brightness, and when I enquired about getting a dimmer, I was told I would have to pay the full price which was higher than if I'd ordered the dimmer when I first ordered the sign. All together a bad experience.
