Ordered a sign as a Christmas present. So impressed with super quick delivery and how well it was packaged. Just tested it out and it’s absolutely brilliant ! The colour is so bright it looks great. Really impressed and would definitely recommend to a friend.

A nice product that looks very smart works very well especially with the included dimmer control but two issues i found firstly the rubber tube used keeps popping out especially on the Christmas holly leaf design and i had purchased a couple of these and there all the same, yes i have pushed it back in but comes out after a while, also with the holly and Christmas boot design i ordered as the image showed i thought what looked like there placed on a Christmas tree thats what i thought but whilst there small enough to do so there not made to hang so i need to make alterations to them, unless i missed something within the ordering page to hang them on a tree i obviously miss read what i was looking at, other than that very nice items extremely well packaged for shipping and a fair price plus made in Britain!

Not one to complain ordinarily but felt this lot are hilarious.

The dimmer sold to us is faulty. Videos were sent to customer service. We carried out all troubleshooting with them and the problem persisted.

Repeated refusal to issue a new dimmer. Weeks of emails back and forth on the matter, they finally said to send it back, but at our cost. Paid for postage to send (a 100% faulty) dimmer back. Amazing.

Their expert team put new battery in unit and said it is fine. Of course, we are the idiots here.

Explained that The issue occurs after a few days of use. Also explained (several times to 2 people) that a bench test for 10 mins is not the same as days and weeks long usage.

Furthermore, we had gone through 3 batteries in 2 months - further substantiation that the unit is defective.

They then insisted on us paying for the postage back to us of the faulty unit! Excellent.

Other Trustpilot reviews have shown other customers experiencing the exact same thing as me, so at least I'm not the only idiot (and total mug).

Laughable really that a customer service can be so inept and obstinate.

The dimmer unit costs £35 (plus shipping). I've brought a replacement from Aliexpress for 0.78p and its preforming approx. 116x better than the NeonFilter white label unit.

Unfortunately this helps magnify the hideous markup they are applying to sub-par products.

Do not purchase from this company. Go and pull teeth out somewhere instead.

Ordered a neon for Xmas, Home Alone themed 'Merry Christmas ya filthy animal' and it turned up better than I though it could be, highly recommended. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and both times I've been highly impressed.

Easeful ordering process. Very quick turnaround from order to sign off on design. And again a quick turnaround from sign off to delivery. Just as our last one was six years ago, this one is exceptionally well crafted and just looks fantastic. Highly recommend Neon Filter!

Ordered 2 signs, Original order was made using incorrect delivery address (my fault), emailed them straight away and was told not a problem we have your new correct address. Then contacted to tell me one of the ones I ordered was not available so would I take a different one which I agreed but wasn't happy. The first one went to my correct address, after waiting a week for the other one I chased and was given a tracking number only to find they delivered to the wrong address, they told me it was my fault for not telling them even after I explained I had told them and have the email proof and they delivered the first one correctly -After it got retuned back to them They then offered to ship it to me for an extra shipping cost or refund me minus the delivery cost - IT WAS THEIR FAULT
I then sent the emails proving that they were in the wrong and said if they didn't send it to me at their cost I would issue a reverse charge on my credit card, they did not even have the curtesy to reply to me, I just got a message from the shipper saying I had a parcel on the way so I got it eventually - they didn't even have the curtesy to message me back and say sorry we got it wrong - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERRVICE like many of the reviews on here I would advise you give Neonfilter a wide berth

These guys were really quick, friendly and efficient! The sign is perfect, and very closely matches our super specific branding. The price was reasonable and delivery was speedy. Absolutely recommend for your business needs.

I have never bought from this company before and, having scoured the Internet, decided to use them as they are a UK company and, the letter design was perfect for my purpose. A 60th birthday present for a great mate which is going to look perfect on his office wall. Delivery was delayed but I was emailed beforehand and the apology was heartfelt. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.
