Unhappy with the colour they’ve mixed
SO unhappy with the colour they’ve mixed. I ordered a navy blue but they’ve mixed a Cadbury purple! Waste of money makes me sick, won’t order from here ever again because their tinting machines are obviously very poor.

Mixed Colour Risk
I ordered a fire resistant paint in Ash 497. The website does not offer to supply colour charts. The paint I received was nothing like the colour I viewed on their website and as the company stated that the colour supplied was within the tolerance for the colour ordered there was nothing that they would do. Their website disclaimer basically states that actual colours may differ from how these are displayed on your screen due to variations in screen quality and settings. So if you buy from this company online and it's a mixed colour you may be wasting your money.
