THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Wanted to watch the game in Germany. It said I had to upgrade to NFL+, so I did. Then tried to watch it and it said I had to upgrade to NFL+ Premium. I can't even find a way to contact them. Only a bot to communicate with. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

NFL+ streaming is HORRIBLE, CRASHES several times a quarter. There is no customer service. A chatbot that is useless. There is no contact phone number. No email address. nfl has to pay the czar goodall with our money and is not ASHAMED of the EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE they provide.!

Crap service. Can't get any games, only audio. Don't waste your time or money here.

I asked for a refund - they state they have a "strict no refund policy" I wonder why...

35 bucks a month to be able to watch NFL ? What the f ? Wake up, guys.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for monthly, it said I needed a subscription or to upgrade (which I had and did not need to do) I clicked on it to see options and it automatically upgraded me to annual 100$. Instantly tried to contact support... There is none.. a run around automated system chat and then support sends emails with cookie cutter template responses with zero help or substance no matter what you say. scammed for 100$ Never would have guessed from an official NFL site. Now looking here... 1.2 stars.. everyone similar experiences. TRASH

0 stars should be eligible to give. I'm another frustrated person who feels they were scammed by the NFL. When I signed up for this is said FireTV was supported. It's a lie, you can't stream the local/regional games as indicated you can. Emailing will open a ticket and the ticket will be no help - they will not tell you you cannot stream a local game on FireTV. Huge waste of money and so much frustration around the time I wasted trying to get this crap to work for WEEKS before they said I can't stream it on my TV. I can't use this falsely advertised subscription, and it doesn't seem I can get my money back.

Paid for NFL+ premium. Could not access local and it was not blacked out in my area. I could only get audio.
"Live Local and Primetime Regular and Postseason Games". This is what I should be able to get and could also not get any primetime games. If you have a question or complaint, you have to talk to a bot and then it submits a ticket for customer service which was poor at best. Didn't resolve anything. I do NOT recommend purchasing this app. Complete waste of money.

Same as others, paid then can't watch games without tv subscription....app painfully SLOW...what a waste of time & $... I will dispute through my credit card and I will win...SHAME ON YOU NFL....you make a lot of money....how about a decent app for the fans that support your organization ? DONT BUY IT !

Paid for NFL+ and could not access. Countless emails with automated useless responses so I finally cancelled and asked for a refund - they denied it.

Tried to read articles on NFL.com, however sights pops up with a request to pay to read the article and join NFL+. Ridiculous that some articles require payment while others are free. Is this article somehow better than the free one? Short term thinking by the NFL

The NFL is slowly becoming UNWATCHABLE. THEY MAKE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND NOW WANT PEOPLE TO PAY TO WATCH IT. NO THANKS. I WILL BOYCOTT IT FROM NOW ON. CHOKE ON YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO NFL+ IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I subscribed to NFL+ Premium and there simply is NO customer service. To have to stream through another provider such as Paramount or Fox is ridiculous. I will not recommend NFL+ to anyone. In fact, I'll make sure they know how horrible it is.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a subscription for my boyfriend last year. He is now an ex, I was charged so I tried to reach out to customer service to cancel and receive a refund but there is no customer service. Trying to reach customer service will send you into an endless loop. I found a phone number and called but was told to email. I emailed and received an automated response. I finally submitted a ticket but no one ever responded. I am so shocked that an organization using the NFL name is operating in such a shady manner. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB (Better Business Bureau) TO GET REFUNDED!

You wont get what you think you will get... there are no out of market games available. i cant see any advantage to what i get with my regular cable package. Also their customer support is terrible. you open a ticket with their online chat bot and it sends you an email which refers you back to the chat bot. Its a total ripoff in my opinion.

Paid 14.99 can watch any live game, don't even try it.

I’ve paid for NFL+ Premium and can’t access it, either on my Roku TV or through the NFL app on my iPad. Absolutely non-existent customer support - there is no phone line to call, emails are ignored, the chat bot is useless. Seems to be no way to get any help accessing what I paid for.

Terrible customer service.

Submitted a ticket over a week ago explaining that I'm paying for premium membership but not able to access the primetime games that I've paid for - and they respond back with basic instructions on how to navigate the app like I'm some type of idiot.

Then they marked my issue as resolved.

The NFL app on my Amazon Fire Stick is basically useless even though I paid $40+ to get NFL+. I was under the impression that we could watch any game played without further issues. Instead, I find myself having to subscribe to other apps such as Youtube TV in order to see the Cowboys games. I will never subscribe to this app again.

You have a severe lack of connectivity with any type of platform that you're trying to broadcast over your ridiculous lack of support and live feedback is frankly a joke. If the NFL were smart it would pull any and everything you had to do with managing their Channel even if it's yourselves and go to another platform. We had to drive to go watch our team play today, it was readily available all across several different platforms even after signing yearly contracts and monthly contracts with you we still could not get it this is not a lack of Technology intelligence. It's a lack of product breadth you guys pretty much suck
