The NFL app is garbage! Constantly freezing and buffering if it even loads at all! I will not be renewing your services!

You didn’t call pass interference on a play that was easily pass interference on the bengals vs Steelers game 12/23/23.

I would give it zero stars if I could. It only stays connected about 5 mins before going back to home screen on fire stick. I did the recommended fix, clear cache uninstall then reinstall. That let it work for about 4 hrs before it was right back to dropping. It also takes close to 3 minutes to re log each time. Makes it unwatchable. This has been a problem all year how the NFL doesn't fix it is unbelievable.

Why pay for a game or premium when all they show is commercials? Your supposed to have a premium game and people are paying to watch and all's you do every 5 min play commercials? You that poor 10 sec before 2min warning injury or change of position then 1 play back to commercials. You can't talk about the game or show highlights. It's a joke how bad commercials are now a days definitely lost my respect for NFL network. Make it about the game not a million commercials no thank you! Never buying again.

The NFL app is so bad it must be in purpose. Crashes every 2 minutes. Someone should start a class action lawsuit

I paid for the annual NFL+ premium subscription. It worked, not well (video and audio issues), for the first month and then has not worked at all since. Says I am subscribed but when I got to stream anything it says I am not subscribed. I have done everything listed for troubleshooting multiple times and I have been emailing customer service for months on various tickets because the chat system is just a bot. No one has responded back to me even once and the issue remains unaddressed. Basically stole $90 from me and I have had to pay for another service to watch NFL Network and NFL Redzone. I am not alone as there are countless reviews online and in the app stores of people having the same issues and never hearing back from customer service.

I would not recommend this service they stole my money for a subscription I paid for for a whole year and it disappeared. I no longer have access to the games that i had for the first twelve weeks of the season! I could access the games after they where played but now I have no access! This should IMHO be a criminal charge against this company for not fulfilling there contractual obligations. I hope an attorney sees this injustice because I am not the only one! Don't buy this product. They should be shut down!

Not an apology or any contact from a human bieng. They did restore my subscription so someone did see this review. But as a longstanding customer they should show more respect to there paying customers and leave some sort of apology or "man up" for your incompetence and lack of humanity. Don't know how you can run a business like this what model do you use. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and represents the nfl very poorly. I hope nfl leadership sees this is does something to get there reputation back.
Very poor you should be glad I don't run it because you would be without a job!! Yours truly Joe I'm hoping somebody can face up to there reviews one at a time. Admit your mistakes and correct your ways. Be human. If you weren't hiding behind the popularity of the nfl you'd be out of a job and a career wake up!! Many fans would love your Job and care about the customer. Your not untouchable there's obviously someone who can do it better!!

Really buggy, terrible streaming quality, constantly have to re-verify and then still does not find active subscription. Very poorly designed and bad customer service. Can not get refund for unusable app.

The app stopped recognizing my subscription and I could no longer access content. The only customer support is a chat bot that creates a ticket that doesn’t get reviewed by an actual person.

Terrible service. Not worth it. Paid on line, couldn't watch an out of market game. It was requesting access to FOX sports thru a paid subscription to TV provider. I do have that, but experiencing problems so went this route. Why pay for NFL+ if my Fox Sports is working thru Dish?
Then - want to get customer service? No such thing. Chatbot only. No AI.
suggestion to NFL.com? get Artificial Intelligence - but first get rid of your Natural Stupidity.

So, I am only days in on a paid 1 year subscription, and now I have no access. Everything just went kaput! Trying to contact support is worthless, as their chatbot is like a broken record player that kept repeating things I am not interested in. There was no live person to help! Where did my subscription disappear to?!!! They kept my money and took away my subscription. I do not recommend.

My paid subscription is not due to expire until 12/15/23. Instead NFL+ cancelled it in the middle of a game on 11/25/23. They have a robot taking complaints that is worthless and no other live customer service. So I have been cheated out of almost 3 weeks of paid football games. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

I paid for NFL+ premium. I watch the noon games, the 3pm games on Sunday. Then its like my subscription just disappeared. Ive been locked out off all content I previously had access too, content that Ive already paid to access. Their customer service is done by an AI and it is absolutely horrible. They asked me to screenshot and show proof of the transaction, you cant take a screenshot of your bank statement on your phone due to security reasons. Its absolutely ridiculous how many hoops I have to jump through to try and get something back that I already paid to have access too. Will probably end up disputing the transaction and will never pay for any service like this again from the NFL, period. NFL+ wouldnt be worth it if it was FREE. The app is horrible. The games are delayed behind basically any other "outlet" that you can find the games on. Currently been waiting over 24hrs with no response to my submitted ticket. DO NOT BUY NFL+.

NFL.com is by far the worst online and mobile app that I’ve ever had to use. The level of difficulty it takes to cancel the subscription is evidence of pure greed and malice, therefore forcing users to continue a subscription that is not needed! Stop making it so difficult to cancel a subscription with NFL.com it’s not only unethical it’s passive aggressive subscription cancellation behavior. Make it seamless and stop the greed!! I will never refer family or friends to use this app on Roku, IOS, and Android.

Paid 80$ for the Nfl app just to find out you only get one or two games a time and cant even screenplay or cross the info to another device. Had to get Peacock for my TV and still can only watch Sunday games. We should rally and take it over or destroy it.

I got wat I payed for the 1st year and was able to watch what I wanted within reasonable amount of time. My issues are no live person available for customer service. I was auto charged for second year. I cancelled, so that wouldn't happen the next year. Well my full subscription was cancelled and no refund or continuation of what was debited from my account. Not good business. I see all the complaints.

Maybe the worst stream since the start of streaming.......6.99 in the wind, BBW
