What the hell is going on with the NFL. These refs suck. Is it cause NFL wants more money. NFL has been rigged for years now. It's so sad. Goodell is the Shittiest. Plain as day calls that don't get called. The Whole NFL been shitty for Years. Need FIXED.

Description for this service is confusing and misleading. You pay for the service to watch games on TV but it is not clearly explained that you CANNOT watch games on TV with this subscription.

I'm trying to review the NFL network but NFL in general works. The "music" played every 15 seconds when they go to break is awful, repetitive, and borderline torture. Also, why is it so difficult to figure out how to watch a game? I need at least 6 different streaming services and then I still don't get all of the games? What is that about? I'll stream them for free on mute I guess so I don't have to listen to your torturous music. God forbid you make all games available for a reasonable price, people might actually pay for it.

I can not believe people watch stream games they really stink. Also some one should get a class action lawsuit going against the NFL. Not only do they cater to the rich and only the rich they stop people barley getting by from watching games. I can't afford netflix,paramount,nfl, and amazon but the NFL don't give a damn. You have to pay for all of those channels to watch the gsmes. I sure do not. Cant even think of attending a game i would have to take out a loan of probably $2000.00 for my family.If you have money the NFL loves you if not is toooo dam bad. Take a lesson from baseball there viewers left in droves. NFL NEEDS TO REALIZE THEY ARE NOT GOD.

It's sad that a famous baseball player was banned and never was inducted in the baseball hall of fame. But NFL promotes gambling.

I have always loved watching football but the NFL with the new kick off rule, celebration penalties and selling all the games to streaming services. I'm just not enjoying watching the game anymore. I think I'll go outside instead of watching football on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, some Saturdays,Christmas, Thanksgiving on FOX,CBS,ESPN,NBC,Netflix, Paramount and Amazon.

Can't believe as much as you ratings have dropped that you would air Christmas games on Netflix. You are truly just about the $ & no longer the fans! Totally get you have to make a buck to support these salaries, but disgusting! You now want all of us to pay more to even watch games, crazy? Merry FREAKING Christmas!! We are going to watch old Christmas movies, probably much better off anyway b/ just the point!

It is ridiculous to have to pay a streaming services like Netflix and Prime to watch NFL games. A lot of us cannot afford these services! The NFL games have always been free to watch on standard TV. They are selling out the American people for a few bucks, Sad. I will no longer watch any games after being a loyal fan forever.

Purchased NFL+ premium to watch the games. It said mobile, tablet or pc. Not able to access content on my pc. Zero customer support. I think the site is operated strictly by AI. Might be ok on mobile, although I see many issues since their update. Terrible product. Unusable.

I am officially done with the NFL!!! As a streamer, I have used the nfl premium app for a number of years to watch nfl redzone and game replays. While I have never been happy with the limited content the nfl provides, things have gotten so bad since their latest app update on 11/27/24. This update now crashes my tv anytime I try to watch replays of any teams other than my favorite teams' division. Because there are certain players I follow, and players change teams all the time, any player who moves to a team outside my region or that of my favorite team, becomes inaccessible to me, and I can't watch those team's games.

In order for the NFL to regain my business they would have to make the replays of ALL games accessible to me and revert back to the previous app version which didn't crash the operating system on my tv. Getting resolution from customer service is like sticking pins in my eyes. I have better things to do with my time than spend it being frustrated by all the limitations of the nfl premium app. Thank you NFL for ruining the enjoyment of a 60+ year nfl fan! You have more money than God, yet you continually find new ways to 'stick it' to your loyal customers. I'm done!!@

NFL.com streaming service is so painful to use, year after year. It's not the ISP or system or browser or router, etc. (as we've had multiple over the years). Frequent usability issues, poor quality streams, poor editing cuts, Replay game streams unexpectedly end so you can't see the end of the game. Game replay streams unexpected restart at random points while watching so you have to guess at what point you were watching and restart the stream and unfortunately, now as of writing this post a whole new technical twist. All other Game Replays are in English (as they should be) but replay for a team we wanted to watch was from a Spanish NBC game stream (audio and CC in all Spanish). It seems NFL.com accidentally uploaded the Spanish game stream to the English stream service. We checked multiple other games and they all are in English except the one we wanted to watch. We cringe and hold our breath every time we go to watch a game replay on NFL.com. It's getting to the point I don't want to watch the games anymore because NFL.com streaming is so unreliable. I can't understand why everyone else in the streaming industry (including new streaming services) do streams so much better than NFL.com. So painful to use their service... :-(

The referees are so bad for the NFL. All calls should be reviewed.

I ordered a sweatshirt online. Thought it was exactly what I wanted. It arrived last night, looks awful. I initiated a return with the refund going to a "store" credit because I was going to buy a different sweatshirt. The email with the label came. I shopped for a sweatshirt like I really wanted but they had none so I wanted to change my refund request to go back to my original form of payment, my credit card. Since the return had already been approved, I cannot change it until I wait for 30 days. Returns cannot be made after 30 days!!!! So now, I am waiting for them to get back to me to resolve this. They have nothing I want, I want my credit card credited but I may be stuck with this awful sweatshirt!!! Shady business if you ask me!!! Buy locally where you can see the actual product!!! Never again for me!!!

UPDATE: After several phone calls with fairly non-English speaking agents who know how to read out of their manual, and much frustrating time on the phone, they did send me an email stating my refund had been applied back to my credit card. This was after several days of effort on my part. Now to see if the credit actually shows up. LESSON LEARNED!!! I will buy locally.

I was watching the Packers/Lions and noticed they changed the camera views from sideline to end zone views of the plays. The end zone views is hard to follow because I can't see the action moving up and down the field. It looks too much like a cheap video game.
Please go back to the side line view when showing the plays.

I watch on DAZN Gamepass in Poland. I should really say ‘I try to’ as it’s mostly waiting for the exceptionally poor latency when I have a 500mbs line in the house. Without doubt the worst online product ever. I watch highlights on google now. I can’t see this being fixed this season so I hope the playoffs and big game are dull as s***.

Absolute garbage. Paid for a subscription, can't watch the team i want unless I double the payment. 3 games out of 11 is ridiculous!

Think about this;
1) we buy 40" to 75"+ TV's...
the customer can only watch the games on a tablet or cell phone? WTH?
2) we idolize the NFL, & they take our money to pay "data" collectors to figure out how to diversify. Why? Good question. Why allocate the games to VERY separate entities? MONEY of course! The fans get nothing. Forgive me, they do get ONE thing. . . . played. . . .. .. .. .. . we get played.
My cell phone is small. There is nothing about community-comradery-friends watching a game solo on my phone, YUCK!
Here is the real kick in the head: these service providers must assume we are idiots considering their insulting user agreement, IE: once you pay, you are SOL.

She struggles with the defense to find the game, (not user-friendly).
She is hit from the side with a notification, she can use it on her PC, tablet, or cell.
She fumbles, canceling her subscription 1st thing this morning.
OH NO, a flag, as she receives "sorry to see you go, we miss you already".

NFL on Amazon prime is like watching a video game. It is horrible. NFL fans that pay the bills for the NFL want football, not video games. It is an awful way to watch football. I’d rather chew glass than watch this nonsense. We want to get kids Away from their video games and screens. Why create yet another video game?! Do the right thing and end this madness. People want to watch live football not video games!!!!!!!!!!!!
