They have vastly underestimated the number of Americans who disagree with their kneeling policy. I quit watching and betting when they went along with it. I used to buy a lot of merchandise also. Once AGAIN complete false advertising all season and week long for the NFL games in England and Germany!! Although all the games are listed to be shown in the channel guide on your network you just said screw

it and we got old NFL Network reruns. Why hype the broadcasts if you can't be bothered to run the programming listed. You did this for all the games in Europe this season. Any excuse?
As a dedicated football fan I always try to get in as many games as I can each week. Thursday, Sunday and Monday night games and all day Sunday games including the early schedule overseas games. Now this season I think I've learned my lesson as far as getting up pretty early to watch these games including this week featuring my Giants vs the Panthers in Munich. I should have slept in another three hours over watching A Football Life reruns!!

NFL is tryingto hard to become a Global sport. Europe is the other football! Bring the NFL back to the States and start standing for our flag again on T.V. maybe ratings will improve. Try listening to the American people.

I had two payments come out. I canceled the membership I bought last week. I Can’t watch my games and I didn’t know about black outs and I was charged twice. please refund both charges as I’ve only had it for 7 days. $7.91 & $22.40

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam. You can't reach customer service. It's a robot that runs in circles. I "upgraded" to premium and it charged me for both and I still can't watch the game. There's no recourse. No way to reach a human at all. You can't even cancel the subscription.

Unlike the upper levels of the NFL and the ridiculous number of talking heads, I don’t have unlimited funds to pay for multiple streaming services just to see something I’ve loved since the ‘60s. I’m no longer a fan.

Having trouble accessing content despite having paid their very high priced Gamepass Pro. No useful help from their so-called Concern team!! The case is referred to as # 9451650.

Renew button is right next to cancel button. My son fat fingered it and automatically was charged $100 without confirmation Called immediately to try to cancel without luck. Tried the virtual assistant. What a terrible way to make a buck.

The most disgusting and unusable app I’ve ever tried. After missing 3/4 of the Bears game after signing up for the app I gave up. I’m now trying to get a refund which I highly doubt will work either.

This app is terrible. You won’t be able to get a customer service rep if you have a problem. Don’t do it!

Nfl plus doesn't work. I have the same problem as everybody else, Where you just keep getting redirected at the subscriptions page with them asking you over and over again to sign up, Despite all ready having an account.


This should be an easily fixable problem but their custom service is nothing but bots that close your tickets within hours.

NFL Plus doesn't allow me to sign in. All the references to articles on How to fix the issue were a waste of hours of my time. Apparently today at 1:00 this problem exploded and I am not happy about all the time I am spending trying to get a refund. NFL doesn't provide for solutions from little people like me.

I signed up for the year subscription through amazon, however, we cancelled it immediately because we realized we would not be using the subscription. We cancelled it within hours of subscribing. I got my refund, but come a year later NFL.com charged me again for another year subscription. Amazon (who I originally signed up with) had no record of a charge and does not show me with an active subscription. However I was told by someone from the NFL headquarter that I had to cancel my auto renewal as well (even after I cancelled my subscription). She was unable to help me and provided me with an email. I attempted to cancel the "renewal" and subscription through the app like suggested by NFL.com but it just says to contact Amazon because that's who I originally signed up with.... frustrating and cost me $107 bucks!!! I would give this company a negative if I could. Still trying to cancel without having to cancel my card.....

know I won’t get a refund but year after year I’m dumb enough to get a subscription in hopes you fixed your app. Your the nfl and your app sucks. It bogs down my tv, I unplug it and can’t even get back to your app……if I do get in, it loses connection every ten minutes or so……it’s pathetic, no other app does this, your a disgrace and I’m finally going to complain to the bbb….impossible to even ask for a refund and I paid for it on their own website…pretty pathetic when almost 90% of your reviews are a one star.

NFL has gotten so greedy that they are destroying the relationship with its fan they are forgetting where they came from and letting greed over the experience take over in the near future they ask them what happen
