I have been billed for three years on this. They make canceling so hard - it is very unethical. I just completed the process and it took me over 1.5 hours to get it done. It was the NFL+ package and I never used it. In fact, I did not even know I had it. Had to get the credit card company to put a block on the NFL.

I got charged twice and listen 🎧 mode is the ONLY option!!! I could listen to the game on AM radio for FREE!!! Who wants to listen and not watch an NFL game? Chatbot runs you in circles.

This is our Fantasy Leagues 10th yr, and the past 4 have been frustrating at best. Both the NFL.com desktop version and the NFL.co App crash constantly. Right now, opening weekend, and the Fantasy website has been locked up and now says "Performing Maintenance" on a Sunday afternoon for two hrs. Over the past 3-4yrs, over 1/4 of weekend, there is some issue that causes one or both sights to have issues.

We will be looking at other options for our Fantasy League next season, If you already have a NFL.com league you know, if you are thinking they would be the best....Run Away....!!!

**UPDATE** They don't even refund you and send you on wild goose chases to get a refund thru the App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This app SUCKS. I paid for an annual subscription of NFL+ because I don't need the Red Zone access and wanted to be able to watch the games. Their subscription says "Stream LIVE local and primetime games on mobile during the regular season and playoffs." Despite this, the app will stop you form watching several games, it's super laggy and their troubleshooting is to just constantly sign in/out of the app or to delete it and try redownloading it - only to have the same issues continue. I do NOT recommend this app and think you would be wise to spend your money on literally any other subscription.

They should be sued. Plain and simple. Why am I paying money to a company that doesn't show my team live and just audio.

Chat bot is beyond unhelpful. NFL premium plus is beyond useless. They lied about game availability and they make it impossible to get a refund. They functionally robbed me and this should be illegal.

The NFL streaming app is horrible!! Launching the app or anything within the app has an extended lag much worse than any other streaming app. It often buffers in the middle of a stream (live or replay) and it regularly kicks you out of the application altogether. On occasion it doesn’t let you relaunch the application at all. The quality appears to be 480p. I can say that I test my high speed WiFi regularly and it is absolutely not the issue. Don’t bother paying for NFL+ or RedZone until the issues are resolved.

NFL+premium app is a total waste.
Video quality is poor.
System keeps booting you out to the beginning of a replay game.
Literally can't see an entire game.
Fast forward and rewind doesn't work at all without booting you back to the beginning of a game.
Don't do it people it's not worth the money!

I disliked the NFL+ service I got last year. I don't like being forced to watch a replay of a game on a cell phone or a computer screen. I hate that they show you the score BEFORE you can select the replay. It was terrible. I logged into NFL.com several weeks ago to make sure they weren't going to try to "auto-renew" my subscription. When I checked "My Subscriptions," the site said I had no current subscriptions, so I thought I was safe. Yesterday, I got a notice that I was billed $100 for NFL+. As many folks have mentioned, there is no customer service, just a useless bot that sends you to articles about the refund policy or simply disconnects you if you try the 800 number. What a terrible and fraudulent way to treat your customers.

I THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO WATCH MY FAVORITE TEAM PLAY EVERY WEEK BUT THIS WASNT THE CASE, THEN SOMETIMES THE SCREEN WOULD FREEZE UP AND CAUSE ME TO LOG BACK IN THEN IT REQUIRES INTERNET ACCESS.. IM LIKE WAIT ( what da ***k DO I NEED INTERNET PROVIDER IF IM ALREADY PAYING FOR THE NFL APP MONTHLY. THIS S**IT A RIP OFF THEN YOU HONSETLY CANT WATCH YOUR FAVORITE TEAM EVERY WEEK BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE WHAT GAMES YOU CAN WATCH..

They are the worst.I spent 1/2 hr being run in circles by there stupid infuriating bot.It is impossible to talk to live person.Don’t sign up for anything unless you want it for life.

NFL+ Premium Is a Complete Rip-Off. Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST.
1. I was Offered NFL+ Premium Streaming Service in 9-23 for $79.99 Annual Cost.
2. I did a screen copy of the offer.
3. I went immediately to my account which Verified "NFL+ Premium Cost $79.99 Renews Automatically 9-11-24 for $79.99. I took a screen copy.
4. They LIED to me. They charged me $107.24
5. In 3 months I wrote 45 + E-Mails. Only 3 had Names that sent me an E-Mail.
6. I have NO Evidence that any of those 3 people are 'REAL PEOPLE.' Their answers were very vague and did NOT answer my questions.
7. 1/3 of the time the product DID NOT WORK.
8. I disputed the difference in what was offered and what was charged and received the credit.
9. 2 Months later I got an E-Mail announcing that I had a charge back on my account and I was REMOVED from the service.
10. No offer for a refund for the months I had paid for.
11. I could NOT file an additional dispute.
12. I filed a Fraud Claim.
13. My credit card company reported, 'they asked NFL+ to Document the charges.'
14. My credit card company reported their answer: "He Bought 'Apparel.' ?
15. 'They are a game streaming service.' My credit card company ask the NFL+ to document the purchase. What was purchased? What Color? What size? Please document method of shipment? What was the receiving documenting evidence?
16. NFL+ wrote back to my credit card company: "We NO evidence. It was Fraud. Give him back his money."

Game is supposed to start at 7:00 which it does, and the network switched for a moment, then switched back to the 4th quarter of a preseason game that no one cares about. Is there some reason the NFL has such disdain for it's fans? Done with NFL plus

Nfl + keeps giving me an error message and I cannot watch it despite having paid for the annual subscription. I am trying to get help from nfl+ but the customer service is non existent. They keep emailing me back saying I’m not responding to them meanwhile my responses are in the email chains that they responded to. It makes no sense. I wish someone would just call me from nfl to resolve this the right way.

Recently switched from Dish to streaming. The only sport we watch is football. College and NFL. I have not been able to find a service that will allow in network games. I will not pay for all the individual services. Congratulations NFL, you have lost another viewer.

Watched NFL game yesterday. It started at 7pm and ended after 10pm. RIDICULOUS the amount of commercials. Its over 2hours of commercial for a 1hour game. I can believe people watch this. You are watching commercials and a little football that is interrupted throughout the game with COMMERCIALS. Now I realized why I stop watching NFL. RIDICULOUS

The NFL network is the worst, I live in California and have Xfinity tv that includes the NFL network and they schedule today at 7 pm the Raiders game vs Dallas cowboys, but they did transmit the Cleveland Browns vs Vikings instead, I am very disappointed with this channel, if you don’t have this channel don’t subscribe, it’s a wasted money

NFL kickoff is just stupid. Let men run down and beat the crap out of each other, you F ING pussies. They know the risks, they get paid for the risk, they sign contracts for a physical sport change the rules back to original kickoffs.

It's not bad enough for the NFL to take something that used to be free over the air and turn it into a paid subscription model to watch your favorite teams, the NFL App and NFL+ Subscriptiion is a total scam! Multi-Billion dollar corporation doesn't even fix their app. No matter the device, it shuts off within an hour forcing you to log back in. Every device and ONLY the NFL App! No fix works...period. Rebooting, clearing caches, updating, etc...NOTHING WORKS! The NFL makes way too much money to have such a poor product that is worst in its class after forcing many to purchase to watch games, sometimes, not even live. The NFL SUCKS for this travesty and it should be criminal or a class action lawsuit should definitely be in order.

The NFL Network advertises one game and then plays another in a totally different region. The Steeler game is 4 hours away, they advertise it on the guide as it showing the Steeler game yet show Miami and Atlanta! False advertising and a waste of money!
