These guys are top notch. They know their stuff and the customer service is an 11 out of 10. I had my optic the next day. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for night vision or thermal equipment.

The service and responsiveness from this company is first-rate! My order (placed Saturday on the long weekend) was delivered to another state on the following Tuesday. I expected to wait weeks, and I got the fastest-possible service. (Thanks to the NVG team for working to serve customers when most people were off.) The product is top quality at a very competitive price. A follow up phone call was answered right away and my question addressed immediately. An email inquiry got a timely personal response. You can't get better service. I'd certainly use Night Vision Guys again and have recommended them to my friends.

I was in the market for a Super Hogster thermal and used the NVG text number to ask about the discounts offered would not apply when checking out due to it did not apply to certain manufacturer's. In no time even on a Thanksgiving Holiday the person was working with me .NVG made it rite for me! Got the discount and I am very pleased with the person I was texting and working with on the purchase. I definitely recommend them for helping with online and using text as communication to purchase and answer any questions you have. I give it 5 stars for service. And 6 stars ⭐️ For taking the time from family on a Holiday to help me. Again thanks to the person on the other end.

Spoke to a sales rep about a thermal I wanted, but was a few dollars over my budget. They made it happen. When I placed my order I meant to click overnight shipment. I called they made that happen also. It shipped within the next hour after I got off the phone. Will definitely be using them again!

Felix and the NVG team was awesome! Was will to spend more money but Felix to me what he recommended and he was spot on. 1000% recommend NVG!

It's been almost a week and still have not received a tracking number for an item purchased and bought thru Affirm which has already set up repayment schedule. Really shaky when you can't talk to anyone from NVGuys or Affirm and you get a bill before you even get the product. Something doesn't feel right about this whole arrangement. Will go elsewhere and make the purchase to a company that will actually talk with you. If I give my order number, Im sure they will treat me like dirt for being honest about their service.

There was a couple hiccups with my order but sometimes sh!t happens. What matters the most is how it was handled and in my case, exceptionally well. Im very happy with my purchase and the service I received. If your buying an optic you can’t go wrong with night visón guys.

Call to ask questions and had great customer service and response…….

Ordered a scope (standard scope) on Sept. 20. Paid for two day shipping. I called with questions on the billing/shipping address issue. All my cards are attached to my PO Box. The person I talked to said it would not make a difference, and it would ship to the PO Box the same as it would the address. A week later I e-mailed that it had not arrived. Felix said because of the export restriction it had to be sent back to the warehouse for shipping to a PO Box. He said they could refund the two day shipping and it would ship in a few "Business Days". Tried e-mailing again and calling again with no response. It is now Nov. 2 and no scope or communication! Season opens Nov. 6! WT...?
Addendum: I posted this review and by the time I got back to my inbox I had an e-mail from "Customer Intimacy Team" saying it would ship tomorrow. Feels a little too "INTIMATE" if you know what I mean.

I ordered my scope and hit ship two day by accident. I wanted next day air , I emailed them and they responded very fast ! They are shipping it out next day for me know !!!!!!!!
Awesome first experience with this company!!! I will be doing business with them and telling my friends about it .
