Watch purchase & communication
Bought the Nite Hawk Flare.
Watch came fast and in great condition.
Not 5 stars as I was told by email that Nite watches were not re-stocking the Hawk Flare model. They re-stocked it a week or two later and I received no update of the re-stock through email or otherwise.
Other than that, happy with the purcahse.

I’m very sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused.
When you originally enquired, the next production run had already been arranged and a decision had been made not to continue producing the Flare. Shortly afterwards, we received a final delivery of remaining Hawk watches, which included a batch of 26 Flare pieces that had previously been missed from the allocation.
With the high volume of enquiries we receive each day, it isn’t always possible for us to revisit earlier messages to update individual customers, so we do rely on website updates to reflect availability. That said, we understand this isn’t ideal, and we take your feedback seriously.
We’re now improving our process by tagging all customer enquiries so we can better track interest and proactively update customers when stock situations change.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, apologies for the inconvenience.

Wanted the mx10 explorer for a few months. Met Roger and some of the mavericks on a few summits of penyfan. Incredible bunch of people. I feel very lucky to finally have this watch. Even more so after meeting them and hearing their stories.

Designed to Withstand my Environment
This is the sixth Nite watch I have purchased over the years, and I could not be happier. The quality, movement, various watch designs, and tritium are of the highest quality. I was a loyal user of a previous watch brand that did not keep up with the times, and the durability of their products fell flat. I came across Nite Watches by accident while searching for another watch brand, and it was the best decision I made.
In my line of work, I rely on my equipment, and I don't mean a battery watch that connects to my phone. I needed something that was clear to read, would not let someone in the night know where I am, and could withstand the rough use of everyday use. My Hawk and Alpha models have far surpassed what I was looking for.

I'd watched videos comparing different brands, but finally decided to see for myself. It's brilliant. I wish I'd bought it years ago. If you're unsure of how good the lume is, trust me, you will not be disappointed. I wonder how much better the t100 is?🤔

Better and less expensive than Luminox
Up until a few years ago I had been buying Luminox but I now have 4 Nite Alpha watches and they are fantastic, better and less expensive.
I only want T100 for its superior night legibility and my only criticism is that Nite use T25 on most of the range rather than T100.
I would like to see a mechanical/automatic version of the Alpha and an option for bronze.

FOR CLARITY - Your watch was ordered on 5th April, which was a UK bank holiday. As a result, your order was processed and dispatched on 7th April, the next working day. While you selected and paid for Priority shipping, this service applies to the courier transit time once the item has been dispatched.
Please note that any additional charges you have encountered are import taxes and duties applied by your country’s customs authority. These fees are outside of our control and are not included in our shipping charges.
You were provided with a tracking number, which can be monitored via the courier’s website. According to the latest tracking information, your parcel is currently in Dubai. Due to the ongoing conflict affecting the region, there may be delays caused by airspace restrictions and limited delivery operations. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our facility and is in transit internationally, these factors are beyond our control.
We also note that you have posted similar comments across multiple platforms. While we welcome genuine feedback, repeated or duplicated posts may be moderated in line with platform guidelines.
We understand how frustrating delays can be and appreciate your patience during the current conflict, this is a matter of genuine delay and not bad Customer Service. We are sure you can appreciate this.

Hello Abdulla, you ordered your watch at 12.49pm on the 2nd April, we fulfilled and shipped your watch on the same day, you chose Fedex Standard delivery, which is not available to us at the moment and have covered the cost of sending it to you via Fedex Priority at no additional cost to you. With the current situation in the Middle East, we have no control over the airspace closures and delivery delays, your watch is currently in Dubai and will be with you as soon as they are able. I am sure you appreciate we cannot expedite shipping with the current situation. We apologise for the delay.

I have six Nite watches so obviously…
I have six Nite watches so obviously I'm a fan. OF THE WATCHES.
The straps on the other hand are absolutely rubbish.
The rubber one on my Hawk lasted about 2 years wearing it appropriately once a week, replaced it with a 4 quid one from AliExpress, been on for 6 years and going strong. The rubber one on my Alpha about the same. The one on my Atlas lasted 10 months although to be fair a replacement was sent free of charge, I've not put it on as I'm using a 5 quid one from AliExpress.
To sum up, I love the watches but the straps are a bit of a joke.
