I recieved my Nite Alpha Crest 2 weeks ago. Taking receipt of my watch was totally brilliant, only a few days between ordering and delivery. The people in Nite HQ were always informative, polite and kept me updated. I have previously owned a Nite while I was serving in the Army so knew what to expect. Nevertheless , I must say they have kept the same standard I remember. Thank you for a stressless experience.

Absolutely fantastic service. Quick and easy, ordered the Hawk Blackout on the Friday. It arrived on the Saturday.

I ordered it with the metal braclet. The one that turned up had a rubber one on. Sent in a quick email, bear in mind it was a bank holiday weekend so no one at work till the Tuesday. The lady sorted it straight away and sent out the correct braclet.

Customer service brilliant. Watch is brilliant. Buy one, you won’t be disappointed! And I mean that. This watch is going to get abused when I go back to sea!

Informative correspondence and a professional service

Great, well made watches. I have had mine several years now and this is the second time i have sent it for a service and battery replacement. It is hassle free and very reasonably priced.

The web site and ordering process for new watch straps works well. After five years the watch continues to keep time, look great, remains watertight and crystal is not scratched. Part prices a little high. No gold colored metal Alpha watch strap available. Fed Ex delivery was a few days.
Removing old rubber watch strap with supplied tool was not possible. Cut it off. Could not install new strap with supplied tool.

I absolutely love my Hawk Flare. The orange dial is beautiful, and the Tritium illumination looks incredible at night. NITE’s customer service was excellent—Gail was incredibly helpful, quick, and clear with every response. International shipping to Taiwan was also surprisingly fast. This is my 30th birthday gift to myself, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I bought an Alpha watch a number of years ago. It started to lose time so had to bite the bullet and have it serviced. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and I received regular contact by phone and Email. The service was excellent value and I am deeply impressed with the service received from this company. I have had Tags and Omega in the past. Nite are an amazingly reliable and affordable alternative.

Clear instructions given online on how to send watch back for repair and service. Itemised invoice for work needed to be done. Fast return of watch when repair and service completed at a reasonable cost and with an 18 month warranty . Great communication throughout, very satisfied.

I bought the military MX10 in November of 2024. The band keeps breaking. I ordered a new band last year; they seem to last about 10 months. No unusual use, I work an office job. The rubber component needs to be increased, too much plastic. This time, because I'm over it, I'm putting it in the trash where it belongs.

The watch I purchased was a Alph divers watch it came with the right time and date set it's brilliant I would recommend Nite to anyone professional and the watch looks great 👍
