Lovely watch and perfect for me for night fishing and the stainless steel strap is spot on

A great watch, reasonably priced

My first 'NITE' watch, have had others over the past two decades . Bought the Nite Hawk 'Blackout' feels comfortable to wear, i had the Metal strap, its very light compared to previous makes ive had, so far, ticks all the right boxes, glad i made the move to NITE

The watch is excellant, very well made and robust, but a small criticism, I had mine inscribed with the details of my Clipper sailing details and the webbing strap covers the back of the watch so this cannot be seen without taking the strap off...

Strap ordered on sunday and arrived wednesday. Great service

Easy to order, fast delivery, sleek design, and robust build. Plus, the time and date were set correctly.

I needed an extra link for a six year old watch. Nite staff could not have been more helpful. Really pleased with the care taken to ensure that the correct link was sent for what is an old model strap.

My MX10 needed a new battery and service. As live fairly locally I popped it into Nite watches myself. The guys did an excellent job and returned the watch to me in just over a week. The watch is gleaming again and keeps great time.

The Customer Service lady was very understanding and ensured that I received the correct parts as my watch was an older model. I really felt like I was a valued customer, not always like that nowadays.
The parts were dispatched very quickly too!

Sent two watches, one to be repaired and serviced the other just for a service. I was kept informed at every step of the way.
Both watches returned in a very timely manner.
The price for both watches was very reasonable as well.
All communications were both informative and friendly. Will definitely use the service again.

I want to swear but I won't lower my standards to the quality of the watch strap on the MX10. I'm on my 3rd strap. Pins or holes give way and don't hold under normal wear, so had to use the watch with the anxiety of the watch falling off my wrist.
Last night got up from sleep to go to the bathroom, heard a thud on the floor and saw my MX10 illuminated on the floor so illumination works well but strap had a clean break as if it had been cut with a Stanley knife. Totally useless.

Anyone else here in 2026?

Not even going to bother complaining as I have before, they just say the strap is not covered and they query how I used the watch.

I can say I only use the watch on my wrist to tell the time like a watch is supposed to be used (never even showered with it on)

Of course I had to purchase yet another strap and pins in hope and desperation other wise the watch would end up in the sock drawer.

I give nite watches 5 stars! I’ve owned a nite watch for years and never had a problem with it, I’m a carpenter and have worn it every day at work , it still looks brand new. Just ordered some new straps which arrived swiftly! A truly great company.

A truly great company with a great product. I brought the Clipper Round The World watch as I'm doing the race next year and Nite are the official watch.

Needed a replacement strap for my Nite Hawk. This looks good and does the job.

First I should say I am very impressed with my Nite Alfa watch, it has been all over the world sailing on a tall ship and diving and sailing in the tropics & UK however I am not impressed with the servicing of the watch by Nite. Communication was good and reasonably quick but it was returned by DTP & just left on my front door step. I have asked but not been told if it was insured. Additionally some of the painted white markings on the bezel have disappeared after servicing which is disappointing.

Quick and very easy to know the delivery status. Good looking watch design. Another good point is that attach tools are available in the product box.

The order and address forms kept dropping the information that was typed in after 2 attempts one of your people had to set this order up for me, at the point that I was about to give up.

First contact,sending the watch for service,advice on what needed doing were all excellent.
A bit of a muddle when the watch was returned to our local PO.The courier advised that the watch was on its way then said delivery had been cancelled only for the watch to arrive.Also despite having picked the watch up from the PO I kept getting reminders to go and collect it,even today saying it would be returned if not collected.
The performance of courier and PO not very good but service from Nite excellent.

After an email to customers services I was directed to the correct product, ordered and delivered very promptly
