Great choices, very competitive prices and a superb product range. The delivery service is very prompt and I am now on my 3rd watch (albeit this one was a gift and the way it lit up the persons face at a very special birthday just says it all).

Service from the company was responsive, straight forward, and professional. I was greatly appreciative of the customer experience from Nite, matching the value of the product itself. Delivery was quick considering the distance covered, no issues with shipping.

I love the watch, I love the service.
However, I thought the rubber strap was a little expensive. The old strap perished and split at work after a couple of years. Buy a new one, everything great but could not fit it myself for love nor money. I spent an hour and gave up. Took it to my local watch man and he fought with it for almost a day....

Ordered new straps from the Offers section. Arrived quickly and well packed with sorting bars for each and a roll to change. Great quality and being on offer great price

I had a faulty strap on my MX 10 watch and emailed to query. Gail was very transparent in explaining that they had some quality issues with a batch of straps and agreed to send a replacement.

It duly arrived with an additional webbing strap and pin tool..

Great quality for a reasonable price. Delivery to the UAE was super fast.

The watch was returned from Australia for battery replacement/service, there was a few little hiccups along the way but the team sorted everything out with kindness and professionalism.

I’ve just got my Nite Icon back from the service department. After a decade of hard use, it needed some attention. It has come back as good as new - crystal replaced, GTLS markers replaced (and now back to full brightness), ready for another decade of reliability. Reasonable cost and timeframe for an overhaul, too. I continue to be really impressed with both the bulletproof watch and efficient company. Thank you.
