Easy to order, reasonable price and very small parts included postage. I had to check if the item was correct as my watch is not a current model. Postage took about 3 days, once I had confirmed the parts were correct and ordered.

This is a great British company supplying fantastic watches. Delivery time is very fast and well packaged.

My issues with this experience are two fold. First, not declaring the shipment: Return after Service/Repair, No Commercial Value (like you instruct us to do when sending the watch in). This caused US Customs to demand that a Watch Worksheet be filled out and submitted. The second problem was using Federal Express for return shipping. For three and a half weeks I had to deal with FedEx utter incompetence. I got an email that I needed to submit a Watch Worksheet form, (which I did to the best of my ability, not knowing the individual value of the case/movement/country of origin and value of the battery?!?) I submitted it to federal excess they said everything was good. The next morning I have a new, you need to fill out a Watch Worksheet in my email. This went on for nearly a month, at one point fedex contacted Nite Watches to have them fill out a Watch Worksheet, and when I forwarded the copy I receved to fedex, the next morning I woke up to a brand new, you need to fill out a Watch Worksheet email in my inbox. Finally after calling up fedex and demanding to speak with someone who is actually fluent in English, I was able to submit the forms to someone who managed to get them to Customs and they released the shipment. As for the work preformed on my watch, I would rate it satisfactory (however I will no longer be wearing this watch for fear of damaging it and needing to have it serviced again)

Alpha crest is my 4th addition, I have an Alpha z and 2 Mx10's. All fantastic pieces of art. I was at the jewelers today looking at watches and non came anywhere near the look and quality of nite watches. Keep doing what you do to perfection

Three years on my Alpha with a superb metal bracelet has rarely left my wrist. It has been through DIY, sports and now a week surfing. I hasn’t missed a beat and looks as good as new. The tritium illumination rocks! Compared to a Seamaster there is no competition (and I am over 5 grand better off ). Unless you’re a badge snob this is the best watch you can buy !

Nite watches gives plenty of information about their products. Order was easy, plenty of payment options. Good communication and fast service. Item arrived as promised and I was happy with everything. The only nag was the final step where you may choose different straps, etc. I wanted to do it on my mobile but it wasn’t very well optimised but switching to a laptop solved the issue. I would definitely buy again and I love the product too. No regrets at all. I would recommend Nite watches to anyone.

After noticing that the Hawk Flare wasn't available at the time, Gail from customer service advised me that a sale was pending and would provide me the opportunity to buy it if it didn't go through. She emailed me days later about 15 final watches would be up again on the site and I immediately bought one. She was amazing, thank you Nite Watches for great customer service and your products! Your company is awesome!

Needed a new band for my 20 year old GWOT souvenir, new band and all tools needed came in record time. Wish they still had green, but black looks great. Great company

Ordering was easy, came on time and it’s a great watch more than I expected

I received my MX10 explorer this morning, and it is everything that I hoped it would be. I ordered the rubber strap version and it wears very well and is super comfortable, I will probably now order the additional stainless steel strap to dress it up a bit for certain occasions. A nice surprise in the box was spare strap keepers, spring bars and spring bar tool.
Overall a great watch and buying experience from a British company with the confidence of a spares and service backup should it ever be needed.

The watch is perfect and exactly as described.

It's my first Nite watch. I removed two links from the metal bracelet, and it fits my 20.5 cm wrist perfectly. I'm thrilled.

The service is also excellent. The watch arrived three days earlier than expected.

After 3 years of wearing my MX10 everyday for work the strap started to split so ordered a new one. The ordering was simple and was delivered in 3 days and took 2 minutes to fit. The watch now looks like new as the actual watch is so robust it hasn’t got a mark on it.

The strap arrived quickly and in good condition. Included were 2 bars for fitting a different style of strap (rather than 4 pins required for my strap).
