Nutec is one of the UK’s leading installers of Space Wrap, used to insulate lofts and roofing. Based from our Head Office in Wolverhampton, we have installers operating throughout the UK, installing in both residential and commercial properties. As a result, we work closely with our customers to help them make the right decision when it comes to loft insulation. Nutec Insulations are Licensed Contractors in the UK, using qualified and Expert Installers, providing you with the most professional, cost-effective installation in the industry. We are proud to be FCA approved, ensuring our clients that we operate with the highest levels of professionalism and ethical standards in the industry. What is Space Wrap Insulation? Space Wrap is superior to other mediums because of its highly reflective properties and multi-layer construction of technologically innovative materials. When it comes to loft insulation, people often refer to fiberglass or mineral wool. There is, however, another type. This insulation is often overlooked or not even known about. That material is known as Space Wrap. Space Wrap often leaves people doubting its ability to insulate due to its thickness compared to other materials like fibreglass. Rest assured the increased flexibility and advanced technology means it far outweighs all previous efforts. It also means we can install Space Wrap in your conservatory or loft without compromising head room or air quality. Need some more technical information? The roof is a vital part of any home. It protects us from all nature of different weathers – rain, wind, snow and sun. But the roof, and the loft space beneath it, is also one of the main factors of heat loss. Additionally, it can also lead to poor ventilation, condensation, mould and water infiltration.

Highly recommend. Professional and trustworthy.
Nutec Insulations Limited did a fantastic job! We had loft insulation and a portion of boarding for storage. From the Surveyor, Akash, to the insulation team, Ricky and Lukas, they all did a very professional job. Akash was punctual informative and very helpful explaining all the details required to make an informed decision. Ricky and Lukas were punctual and did a clean and a very good job. They explained what they were doing gave us options for the location of the storage area and worked efficiently fitting the insulation material. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Cant say enought about the workman. Polite talked me through everything during the job. Once fitted I was shocked to pop my head up and feel the temperature in the room rather than cold air. Would recommend highly.

The Nutec Team
Do I trust Nutec??
Before I start, I should commend the Rep who visited my house. He presented well; informative and explained everything very well. The result, I agreed to leave a £100 deposit versus a £4,500 cost. The next day, I had two more traditional insulation contractors from a builders/tradespersons website. They both advised just replacing the old badly fitted insulation of various types instead! Costs ranged from £1,000-£1,500. This included clearing out a mass of junk stored in there for 18yrs, patching tears in roof felt & installing verge mesh to stop birds entering loft space. As a result, I immediately cancelled the Nutec booking. I phoned & emailed Nutec. No acknowledgement to my email. Needless to say, no refund within 30 days. I sent a chaser on 14th Jan following up on my 4th Dec cancellation email. Got a cursory “sorry” so, I’ll see how long the refund takes to hit my account. Thank goodness I refused the usual 10% deposit. Upshot - get multiple quotes from different types of insulation companies. Nutec obviously sell their own product. Tradesmen tend to have their preferred product but will price for a product you want. I’m not saying Nutec are bad but, why is it that companies are quick to take your money & slow to return it! It tells me something, I’ll leave you to decide but check out all options.
