So far, I have to give them 1-star. My delivery that was supposed to arrive the day before Father’s Day is late. Now it’s Tuesday, and still hasn’t arrived. I received an email saying it’s on its way, yet the tracking hasn’t moved in two days since then. They offered me $5 off on another order. Gee, thanks. 1) $5 is nothing. 2) why would I place another order with them when my first order hasn’t been delivered?? They should refund AT LEAST $5 off the current order…or REFUND it altogether since it wasn’t delivered for the occasion it was ordered for. Never again and will certainly NOT recommend AND I will leave this review everywhere that I can.

I placed my 4th order with them and…

I placed my 4th order with them and they included a extra $100.00 I did not oder. I am single low income and did not need the a hundred pack box of office snack packs I called immediatle and asked that it be taken off. I couln not understand their 3rd world rep on the phone. They kept me on the phone for 30 minites and finaal told me I had to call my bank to get a refund. Why I ordered my stuff within 10 minutes a bout i informed them of there of yheir mistake there mistake dont order from them they will cheat you

Terrible company sent chocolate covered…

Terrible company sent chocolate covered fruit arrived melted stuck together packing was very bad After reading reviews of stale food rancid nuts maybe consumers should contact FDA that sounds like a health issue all they offer is store credit which they know people won’t use because products are so bad and no one wants to eat bad nuts and candy

Easy Peasy

I ordered online, but my order was mistakenly shipped to a 5-year old address. I contacted nuts.com, and their customer service responded quickly with the information. They offered to re-ship my order at no charge, gave me the address where it had been delivered (3 blocks away), and asked if I could pick it up there. Easy peasy. I have my order, the nuts are delicious as always, and I'll order again with my corrected address. Nuts.com online is terrific company with great products at reasonable prices and free shipping of orders over $59.00. BTW - my order arrived the next day.

Disappointed. Rancid Almonds, and pricey!!!

I wanted to try them out. What a disappointment, I ordered the variety pack, roasted almonds, hazelnuts, banana chips. The almonds were rancid! The banana chips, meh, I have had much better. For the price they charge, and no returns....never again. My local sources, Sprouts and Costco, are fresher, better quality and cheaper!!!

I'm Sorry

I recently did a review which I have since deleted. It was a negative review. I had ordered something but didn't realize until it was pointed out to me that I had mistaken them for a different company which I never would have ordered from. Mistakes are unfortunately easy to make especially as both companies were side by side on the computer. I can only hope that they accept my apology.

Great product and service

I have been ordering from nuts.com for the past two years and have never, ever had a problem. Fast delivery and fun, clever marketing. They follow up with emails offering discounts and free items- I love em. :)

Lousy customer service

Lousy customer service! They blame USPS when they never gave USPS the order. Nidia tries to BS their way out of their incompetent shipping department.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BUNCH!

Poor customer service, containers broken open

My order arrived with no packing in box. Contents appeared to have either been thrown in or severely thrashed around by FedEx. Containers were broken open and I do not feel comfortable consuming items from damaged containers. I have sent 3 Emails to them concerning this problem and none have been answered ! Very, very poor customer service !

Top-notch family-owned company

I have been ordering from nuts.com for years now, and they've never failed to come through in customer support, quality, and speed of delivery. Their company ethos is to treat everyone like neighbors, and they really do. It's as close to walking into a neighborhood store as you can get. Really great selection, they listen to their customers, and they always do their best to provide the best experience to each customer that they possibly can. That's a really tall order. One might call it nuts!

Why would I want that
Drug store candy is better
So no refund
And 3lbs of crappy candy
Don't waste your money

Between A Rock and Hard Place

A month ago I ordered a 5lb, $63.00 bag of "lightly salted cashews". The product I received was a sack full of rancid, fresh and pieces of broken nuts. I immediately called the company and was told by the customer service representative to toss the nuts in the garbage and I'd be issued a full refund on my AMEX card. When the refund didn't post I contacted the company again and this time I was told that I would only be issued a "store credit". I told the CSR that there was nothing else on the company website I desired, particularly after receiving an order of tainted nuts.
When no refund was issued I called AMEX to dispute the charge and AMEX issued me the credit. A month later I received an investigation report from AMEX that "Nuts.com" told them that I was at "fault" ("at fault" for what?) and AMEX, disappointingly reversed the credit they gave me. I have reopened the dispute, explaining to them that I shouldn't be coerced into using a "store credit" to purchase something I don't want from the "Nuts.com" website. I'm a senior citizen who needs my money and I am entitled to a "full refund", not a "store credit". Nowhere on the website, unless it was hidden in small print, did I read that only "store credit" was issued if I received a damaged item or else I would never have ordered from them. There's no excuse for this kind of customer service and I am entitled to a refund because I simply don't trust the "quality" of "Nuts.com" products nor their integrity at this point.

Love this seller

Love this seller! They provide a wide variety of items not just nuts. They have excellent customer service & ship items fast! They care about the quality of their products & if you were not satisfied with something, they make the effort to fix it or reimburse you for that item. They have great packaging boxes too. They generally don't offer free shipping but if you love to snack, they are still worth checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

Forced to file dispute with PayPal to get refund on damaged items

"I placed a Christmas order from Nuts Online. It came quickly but the packing department had failed to include any packing/padding materials in the box and the items were badly damaged. I called Nuts Online and spoke with Jazz. She was dismissive with my concerns and said "it has been crazy there". I asked for a refund and she said they would have UPS pick up the items then issue a refund. I contacted the feedback email and David confirmed UPS would pick up the items and I would be issued a refund. Well, UPS did not come and I contacted David. He DID NOT respond so I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal. Only then did they give a refund. David is a coward and does not follow through on his word. I have had trouble with the freshness of their nuts in the past so quit ordering nuts. They sometimes taste rancid. I will not be ordering from their company in the future. "

Excellent experience

I have bought peanuts and pepitos and they outshine anything I can buy locally, even through co-ops. They get a bit silly with their emails/marketing, which is fun.
