laughed at over the phone, then attempted to gaslight me with some nonsense story because individual could admit to wrongdoing. unbelievably rude staff and would highly recommend going a few doors down to Jimmy Fairly where their staff are trained properly and very professional.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I was asked by one of your sales reps why I was not buying lenses. When I wrote back that I would have them made by my optician they immediately wrote that they would take off the price of the lenses and I received a significant refund. Thanks very much for your great service!

Great experience but the package was slightly damaged I.e opened and glasses were not well aligned and loose. Frames are good. Rory was great and fast with communication but very disappointed that the package was open and box was bent.

I was referred to Ollie Quinn by the National Migraine Association, following a recommendation from my neurologist to try FL 40 lenses. I have suffered from severe, chronic migraine for the past 50 years. I have acute sensitivity to light, particularly sunlight that will trigger serious migraine attacks. My experience so far is that they do eliminate the immediate glare of all light sources without impacting vision. They due allow an acuity of vision through the softness of the filtering and tinting of the lens. The frames are of a very good quality.

Preferring was easy and glasses can witching 4 days. Product was excellent

I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses at the Covent Garden store - one a pair of sunglasses , the second a varifocal clear pair.
It took two weeks after I sent a new prescription in for a customer service person from the Covent Garden store to call to let me know that the tint on one pair had come back in the wrong colour. In that conversation it became apparent that both pairs had been made as sunglasses - no apology offered. Inaccurate ordering and uncaring customer service - save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I am delighted with my new Avulux glasses. Made all the better by the excellent customer service from Rory. He answered all my questions and sorted out any issues that came up promptly. Will definitely be going back to Ollie Quinn and I live in Scotland.

I wanted to buy some old frames, and was helped all the way through the process. Ollie Quinn (Rory!) went above and beyond, consistently. Always keeping me updated even when I didn't ask for updates. Genuinely some of the best customer experience I've ever received.

I bought a pair of clip-on sunglasses online for a different brand - but didn't manage to get the sizing right. The CS dept helped me via email, directing me to a store (I didn't know there was one!) and was able to swap out with a pair that fitted much better. The service was excellent, both in-store and online and made me think I'll go there for a new pair of specs next time I need them

This is my second pair of Ollie Quinn’s. My first pair or prescription glasses. It was easy to order them online. I had some trouble uploading my prescription so had to do that separately but that was easy enough. The support was great and I was kept up to date on the order with regular instalments. Very pleased!
