I ordered a watch and it arrived defective. I contacted the company and realized that it was beyond the return date by two days. Regardless, they quickly responded, offered to replace it and told me to keep the watch I had and there was no need to return it. Impressive service. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs and making it right with a new watch. The process was swift and effortless and the customer derive top notch!

First of all, absolutely love this watch. It's gorgeous and well made. It's the only watch I've ever gotten unsolicited comments about.

I don't wear it very often but the last time I did, I noticed that one of the hands on the little dial had broken loose and was blocking the movement. I contacted Original Grain about it, sent them pictures and they shipped me out a new watch. 5 days later it was delivered.

All things can have issues, but it's how a company responds. Can't say enough about how happy I am!

I am usually very cautious of buying anything online, but original grain and their representatives were very professional and kept in constant communication with me when I had questions. The watch is beautiful and I could not be happier. IF a potential problem does arise with the watch, I feel more than confident that Original Grain will step up to ensure my needs are met. I am a guitar player and my wife purchased the Taylor Original Grain watch for me as a present. I am a watch collector and this Original Grain gets the most positive comments of any of my watches. I love it!! I did have a small problem with the watch, which the company quickly remedied for me - very responsive! I will definitely recommend Original Grain to friends!

Really Beautiful gift

Customer support was great. I had an issue with the automatic watch stopping and they told me how to pre that.

First a promotion of 50.00 off orders of 500 was offered but was not processed with my order, even after I requested it, some AI chat box kept stating it had no promo codes available at this time and I keep getting refered to by someone else's name and not by my name under whick the order was made. The product did come in a timely manner and looks nice enough. But when you can't refer to your custome by their name but someone else's because you are using AI instead of people to conduct your customer service you are not going to go very far with your company. And to offer a promotion and then not give it will also eventually end your company.

I honestly have had no issues with yall! I love your products and hope to further do business with Original Grain!

I received the Ford Chronograph as a birthday present from my wife and was FLOORED! The look, finish, and quality are incredible! This is an impressive addition to my watch collection! Thank you OG for your fine work and attention to detail!

I have owned my first OG since ~2017 and love it. The watch has brought several compliments, especially at wedding settings and has had zero issues. I only reached out to customer service after I replaced the battery locally and have since had some small issues with hands sticking, which never occurred before. Although OG does not offer repair at this time… customer service was very responsive, and offered generous assistance in acquiring another great timepiece as a replacement while I find a repair shop locally. I have purchased two more since and will continuously rotate these watches throughout my collection

Do not buy from this company if the purchase is intended for a gift. I bought an anniversary and Valentines gift in November for fear of it selling out.
The watch is way too heavy and now non returnable.
They give you 15 days from the purchase date so when you do the math from the purchase date to the date it arrives to you, you’re stuck with the purchase.
No credit or refund.
Shady way to operate a business, guaranteed no return's.

Purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas. From day one it hasn't kept time correctly. Falls out 2 to over 14 minutes after resetting. Contacted Customer Service and basically got a song and dance. I spend a lot on watches each year, as my husband is a collector. First and last purchase from Original Grain! They are junk.

Watch died after 7 months. They are 100% unresponsive to warranty requests. Do not EVER return emails. That is the only way to reach them No interactive support, no online ticket creation, no phone number Email only and its ignored. Expensive watches and the crown stops working after 7 months. Crappy product crappy service.

This company is absolutely disgusting. if I could leave less than one star I certainly would. I had ordered a watch for my husband for christmas, when I received it it was broken. I sent many emails to the company stating at the watch was not working, in turn in a very condescending manner, they kept trying to tell me that I was basically doing it wrong, to try to get it started, which I wasn't because the watch was indeed broken. after many many tries kept explaining to them that the watch does not work. I simply wanted to return the watch and they insisted on sending a replacement in which they did and it didn't fit. I Explained that I simply do not want this watch anymore I will return both watches and just want my money back. They keep stating that the return window is closed and can no longer accept it and will issue a credit. I do not want a credit, I just want my money back because my husband no longer wants this watch because we are both completely turned off by the lack of compassion that this company has. It is been an absolute horror show from the beginning I absolutely regret buying this watch. Any company that treats a customer this way is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. They should have done the right thing and just gave me my money back and been done with it.

i have had this watch for a few months now, it’s broken multiple times, the faceplate has broken in two different locations, the date does not update anymore and the time randomly falls out of accurate time.
